Harbour Plaza North Point  

During our stay at hk my friend had an unfortunate event of food poisoning (food consumed outside the hotel) and the staff were extremely helpful to assist all our needs and recommended doctor and hospital for urgent consultations. Their services are efficient and professional and tentative...I Strongly recommend everyone to stay there. Location is great (close to mtr).

We booked the one bedroom suite with kitchenette but found out the microwave needed to be 'activated' and the kitchenette has no cooking pans and utencils; not to mention about the conduction cooktop has not been switched on. After consulting with the staff we found that the kitchenette facilities is only available for people staying more than a month. We were slightly disappointed because part of the reason why we chose this hotel is because of the kitchenette and I could not recall seeing any subtext/conditions about lack of kitchen facilities. I would recommend potential customers to clarify this with the hotel management first to avoid disappointment.

Well english on main desk. We had an apartment on 33 floor (habour club) and the outlook on HankKong is facinating.

The hotel main entrance is not representive, but this is HongKong and Space is allways an issue. As mostly the restaurant is good - but in Hongkong you should try other locations for better experience.

Wi-fi only in the hall..internet is very expensive.

Upon arrival, the staff were very rude and did not have customer focus. We had two suitcases and two hand luggage, although the staff saw us struggling, none of them came to assist. We paid for the full Harbour view room and we could only see a little bit of the harbour between two large high rise buildings. The view was much like watching the two skyscrappers and not the Harbour. The swimming pool was out of service and will remain for another 5 months! Overall the service at check in and check out was just rubbish. We would never stay in this hotel again. It is a rip off......

The hotel was very clean and the 1 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs of travelling with children. Location was originally a bit of concern being far away from the main areas of Hong Kong, however, with the mtr station right nearby we had no complaints and actually enjoyed being away from the busier parts of the city. Nearby restaraunts were good. All in all a very plessant hotel and stay.

This is a luxury hotel at less than luxury prices. I took my best clothes to wear here. This is mainly a business hotel with every service and convenience. The staff are extremely professional and willing to help with everything. The food is amazing and the location is excellent for getting round hk. There is a cheap shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel. This hotel is highly recommended for business or shopping trips to hk.

понравилось соотношение цена-качество за 2х комнатный номер с кухней, расположение - из окон было видно залив, до метро 50 метров, такси можно сесть прямо у выхода из отеля, возле отеля тихо, чисто, рядом продуктовый магазинчик, макдональдс, приятный и не уставший интерьер в номере. ночью было холодно ( как известно отопления в этом городе нет), попросили обогреватель - принесли моментально. быстрая процедура оформления заезда и выезда.

服务人员十分热情，和太太去度蜜月，之前有告知酒店。到了以后免费升级了海景。 进入房间看见酒店很有心，放了两个红色心形抱枕在床上，还有两颗用彩带- 包装好的费列罗。很开心。晚上逛街后回到酒店，还特别给我们赠送了一瓶红酒和小食，以及水果。真的是太有爱- 了。

稍微离Shopping的地方远了一点点而已。不过靠近地铁站，出入都还算方便。

和隔壁客房共用一个门，虽然门是锁死的，但是一点也不隔音，两边在做什么都一清二楚，没有任何隐私。门卡老- 是有问题，害顾客提着行李上下楼的跑，还怪顾客把手机放门卡旁边才消的磁，但是实际上是刚登记入住，门卡就- 不能用，而且看到很多顾客都出现这样的情况！
