Harbour Plaza North Point  

During our stay at hk my friend had an unfortunate event of food poisoning (food consumed outside the hotel) and the staff were extremely helpful to assist all our needs and recommended doctor and hospital for urgent consultations. Their services are efficient and professional and tentative...I Strongly recommend everyone to stay there. Location is great (close to mtr).

We booked the one bedroom suite with kitchenette but found out the microwave needed to be 'activated' and the kitchenette has no cooking pans and utencils; not to mention about the conduction cooktop has not been switched on. After consulting with the staff we found that the kitchenette facilities is only available for people staying more than a month. We were slightly disappointed because part of the reason why we chose this hotel is because of the kitchenette and I could not recall seeing any subtext/conditions about lack of kitchen facilities. I would recommend potential customers to clarify this with the hotel management first to avoid disappointment.

We had a deal at £100/night which is pretty good for a 4* hotel overthere! Underground station is 30 yards away, or if you prefer taxis there is always one waiting for you. Breakfast was really good, the room was average size and clean. There is a Gym good enough for sweating a little bit and an alright swimming pool which I did not use. I honestly think that for the standards of HK it is a really nice stressfree well located 4* hotel. Depending on your budget and on the deals you get you can not go wrong with the Harbour Plaza. Solid choice here, no bad surprises.

Staff could speak a better English but it seems that the whole of HK is struggling with that language.

The loby is nice and the Reception employee are bad they know how they talked!! Also the wifi its not free!!

The suite room was roomy and well laid out, the gym is excellent, did not use the pool but it looks good. The Hotel is handy in terms of transport.

Not many dining options nearby, no Starbucks but Macka's McCafe not too far away.

Modern building with large rooms compared with other similarly priced hotels within Hong Kong. Within minutes of quarry bay mtr station. Enough local convenience shops.

We stayed in one-bedroom suite and it was very good.Since the hotel is far from halal restaurant, we made full use of microwave provided. we heated our food packed from home and bought at halal restaurant in town. The easy access into the hotel really helpful since I am not able to walk long distance. The concierge was really helpful and cheerful eventhough his english wasn't that good. We had to check-in late because of the delayed flight. Thank god the check in process was smooth as i had emailed the hotel that we will be arriving late. The close distance to MTR station and Tram was a big plus.

If only the housekeeping/electric staff can speak not many but little english will be helpful.

Location very convenient. Helpful staff. Could guide to a Indian restaurant when requested. Good pool

虽然不在购物区，但是临近地铁，非常方便，而且很安静。楼下有超市有餐厅，特别方便。
