Overall reasons for trip was to visit a friend who lives in Hong Kong, we went shopping but also went for a walk to the other side of the island. The starting point is neart the hotel. The MTR (underground/metro) is very close too. The hotel is conveniently located, friendly staff and a decent breakfast at a decent price. |

1) the swimming pool. 2) close to the MTR. 1) the service is more of a Chinese (China) style. 2) I was served with some fruits on the next day but the letter came with the fruits were not addressed to me. |

Very classy, great service. The location is rather good (close to Central, Causeway Bay). It's not so near North Point MTR station, you have to walk 10~15 minutes. However as I said, the location is rather good. |

Close to the subway and easy to access many places that we wanted to go Hotel room arrangement was bad. We expected to have high floor room but they gave us lower floor because of non smoking room not available. |

Convenient - mtr is just a the door step. Quite place, away from the business of other shopping areas in hk. Also, there is a very nice park next to the hotel, that one can enjoy an morning walk. The room is just a bit small. Would have love to have a higher floor as harbour view was blocked by the buildings in front. |

Originally checked into a non harbour view room when wee booked a harbour view. Our dry cleaning was lost and we were told we had never given any to them fortunately after quite a bit of wrangling they found it? The pool is closed from the 1st December which was a disapointment & we wern't aware that it would be closed when we booked otherwise would have chosen a different hotel. |
