The staff were very friendly. We stayed for 3 nights, and during my birthday on 2nd day we received a surprise birthday cake in the room when we returned. They were quick to respond to needs like extra towel, adaptor and even increased our complimentary bottled water to 4 without requests. My son and I also used the Fitness Center and was well attended. The concierge was also very helpful with our baggage when we checked out.

Waiting area at the lobby near computer was hot and warm, you cannot feel the air conditioning.

Location is in the heart of Kowloon, very close to the MTR

Room was spacious and clean. Facilities were well maintained. Staff were helpful and courteous. Great variety of food at buffet and the food quality was consistent.

English was a bit of a problem, but was made up by polite service.

Rooms were tired, beds old and dipped, spare bed poor. Bad smell in rooms and had to change both rooms.

We liked the beds! so comfortable and the quality of the pillows as well as the Hotel's excellent location. Staff went out of their way to welcome us even as early arrivals

There was a mild odour upon entering the room each day - almost a damp like smell.This was cured after bringing it to the attention of management.

Everything about Holiday Inn Golden Mile is fantastic. Will definitely recommend and will stay there again when in hk.

This hotel is very central. Our room was on the fourth floor, but very quiet. There was no street noise, and it was easy to access a range of transport options. This was one of the few hotels that could accomodate 4 to a room.

The bathroom was a little small, but had all the conveniences.

shopping is just a step outside the hotel, the location is great, taxis subways buses is all within steps.

room are small for our booking of 2 adults and 2 kids below 18, hotel is a bit old and doesn't seem renovated. poor security because anybody can just go to hotel elevators and any floor they want to.pricey just for convenience. great staff welcoming you and attentive but thats it.
