Holiday Inn Golden Mile  

Location is great with mtr entrance just beside the hotel. Very convenience to have shopping, eateries and 7-Eleven just nearby to the hotel. The two beds are just nice size for two adults and two young children.

Bathroom is too small especially if you need to bath young children.

The location was great. Just a short walk from the waterfront. Lots of Shopping in the vicinity and a short distance from the Night markets (Temple street and Ladies Market). Just opposite a big shopping mall...area gives a good feel of Hong Kong. Good place to stay with children ...pool was nice...but no baby pool...a special mention...Room service operater and waiters were very good and helpfull...

No free wifi in the Lobby...but Starbucks is just across the road where u can access wifi...

The location at Nathan street (golden mile) is excellent, also the two bed room (with two beds around 150/160cm) are enough if you travel with small children

Breakfast is excellent but at typical high Hong Kong prize level

No free Wifi despite it being requested

All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but strangely we were 'upgraded' to a room on the 18th floor, where we had to constantly hear the noise of the lift mechanisms day and night. Not a pleasant experience!

Great location. Easy would be a good word to describe the Holiday Inn Golden Mile. Wonderful, helpful staff.

Not all rooms of same level are the same eg. Some bathrooms are a little small, made worse by swing doors rather than sliding doors.

Location, locatio, annnd locatio, very complete breakfast buffet

Very easy check in and staff were all extremely helpful and polite. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel situated perfectly. We would definately stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you.

Lovely hotel with very good staff, room and pool. We chose this hotel due to location to mtr, for easy traveling around hk & markets. Also, because of the pool, which would have been lovely to use had the weather been better. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

Our only issue was the pricing for breakfast, $30 aud was far too much to pay. We usually love having breakfast in the morning at our hotel, but this is one thing we did not do because of the price. Kowloon area around the hotel does not have a lot of places for breakfast, which is a shame.

Location was important that is why I chose the Holiday Inn Golden Mile. My family and I thought the staff and service was wonderful, well done. I can best descride our stay in the Holiday Inn Golden Mile as easy, comfortable, relaxing- stress free.

More complimentry water in room would be nice as would thicker, softer towels. Air conditioning fans a little loud. Use larger fonts where ever possible.

We booked here because it was one of the few hotels which offered a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was small and had 2 double beds but it was more affordable then getting 2 rooms. The breakfast buffet was good and the pool was nice. The location was excellent. The metro station for tst was right across the street and you could walk right down to the harbour front.

The rooms were small but we were not really surprised.

We particularly liked the offer of an upgrade to the Executive floors for 600HK a night but they should inform you of the 60KH$ per night tax on top of the $600HK. This gave us access to a full buffet breakfast for 2 daily, internet, full choice of drinks and a great selection of food from 6 - 8p.m. nightly in the Executive Lounge, pastries/fruit, tea, coffee etc throughout the day, 20% discount on other services and restaurants in the hotel. My husband and the other couple we travelled with thought this was a terrific service.

I think that the bathrooms are dated and small and the rooms in need of a re-vamp, though the rooms are a good size. Other than that the Hotel is in a great position and I certainly would recommend it to other travellers to Hong Kong
