I have stayed here many times inthe past, but this will be the last trip. The hotel seems to have focused on package tours from mainland China, and that traffic has taken its toll! The general atmosphere is that of a madhouse. The service level is way down and the worker's attitude verges on "surly". The rooms are badly in need of a total renovation and the room I was in smelled of mildew. The location remains central. I have stayed here many times inthe past, but this will be the last trip. In fact I did not like in Chi site was only distinguished Hotel does not deserve 4 stars, who won the run-down furniture and the roof of the room that I stayed out there washing Maker I could not sleep from her voice handle the reception was not good and sounds must be ongoing maintenance work at the hotel

Location is great with mtr entrance just beside the hotel. Very convenience to have shopping, eateries and 7-Eleven just nearby to the hotel. The two beds are just nice size for two adults and two young children. Bathroom is too small especially if you need to bath young children.

The breakfast were awesome. Be careful if your gluten free, they mixed up the gluten free bread signs twice.Awesome location! Very pricey! Would only stay here if money was no object!

The staff were very good and attentive, and the location for shopping is very conveinent. As a member of the holiday inn group I was disappointed to find that I was put in the smallest room in the hotel, with very little room for our luggage. I also did not recieve the news papers that are normally complimenty to members. This was quite disapointing as we were on a rest break between flights from Melbourne to London. I would recommend the hotel with reservations that you recieve what should be provided by the hotel group

Location is very good. Just outside of the hotel is the east tsim sha tsui mtr station. And there also a 24 hrs 7-11 store across the hotel. Our room was just right for us, a family of four. What i like in our room was the i phone docking station with a matching alarm. Our stay at the hotel was fine and comfortable Aside from the toilet paper it would be nice if there's also a toilet bowl spray

Hotel staffs were friendly with smiley face. I got a sms after checking out that my credit card had been approved. I called hotel and asked what it was for, and they answered it was for using one bottle of water and enery drink at the bar in the room. I did not use anything at the bar, insted I bought everything in the supernmarket outside while styaing there for 3 nights. I explained this when I arrived at my home in Korea, bit hotel has not canceled the approval my credit card. It is a small amount of money, but I am very upset. And one more thing is I got a smoking room though I booked a non-smoking room. It was really hard to stand the cigarret smoke, even worse for my two little kids.
