It was the same hotel that colleagues had chosen for it's proximaty to meetings.

That I had to argue at check-in to have my reservation as confirmed, honored. I had booked a King Deluxe room with internet and breakfast. They gave me the std. room with double beds, no breakfast and $23/day for internet.

The location to everything, way in the middle, could do everything by feet.

The fact that WiFi is not free in a certain area. In a hotel of this price category, it's a shame that the hotel still needs these pennies too.

The room was ok, maybe too small for family of 4 but overall ok.

We paid for disneyland at the hotel based on staff''s selling ability. She persuaded us to buy the package from them because she promised us, that we don't have to wait in line when we are at Disneyland. Not true, we spend so much and waited in line (30 min) the whole day.

Nothing

There is nothing make me feel this is 4 star hotel. The staffs are not professional.There is call girls hang around the hotel lounge.

Just the location.

I didn't like the rooms, they are very old compared to the others nowadays hotels. Also the rooms smell of a ancient cupboard mixed to a cigarette odour. No value for the room cost. It needs a renewal indeed. I come to Hong Kong twice a year, I won't stay in this hotel anymore.

Auch dieses Jahr, übrigens wie schon seit Jahren, ein zuvorkommender Service in einer gepflegten Atmosphäre. Das Hotel befindet sich mitten im Puls von Kowloon.

AUch dieses Jahr wieder Baulärm - nicht mehr im Hotel, dafür nördlich davon.

相変わらずチェックイン手続きに時間がかかりすぎ。効率が非常に悪い。
