The room was ok, maybe too small for family of 4 but overall ok. We paid for disneyland at the hotel based on staff''s selling ability. She persuaded us to buy the package from them because she promised us, that we don't have to wait in line when we are at Disneyland. Not true, we spend so much and waited in line (30 min) the whole day. |

The hotel staff was accommodating as agreed to extend our late check out at 3pm. The was no free wifi in the hotel room. |

Just the location. I didn't like the rooms, they are very old compared to the others nowadays hotels. Also the rooms smell of a ancient cupboard mixed to a cigarette odour. No value for the room cost. It needs a renewal indeed. I come to Hong Kong twice a year, I won't stay in this hotel anymore. |

スタッフ（レセプション、レストラン、ベルボーイなど）の態度は良かった。場所は大変便利。ただし部屋の向かいがすぐビルのため、カーテンは開けられなかった。 |
