Free upgrade was very welcome. Will certainly recommend to others and will also return to stay here myself with partner in future. Unfortunately was given room 206 which is on lower floor directly above the entertainment area and the entertainment noise was very loud. Could not sleep and had to change room. Only room available was a smoking room and the cigarette smell was very bad. When we ask for a quiet room, we should be able to expect that, especially as the booking was done weeks ahead. |

Quiet, near the beach, nice view no shops around. besides the room rates, the rest of the charges or pricing are pretty high for Hong Kong standards. |

I unfortunately only stay 1 nite for my transite flight, but the hotal seems & feel quite luxurious. Would have like the chance to use the facilties such as the gym, pool etc The hotel's shuttle bus is fairly expensive! The location is quite far the city centre. So getting back to hotel late can be a hassle & expensive Taxi ride! |

We enjoyed the location as we had lived very close by in years gone by. Accessible to public transport for first time visitors and would have liked to stay longer, so clean and relaxing. Good shopping close by. Thank you all. |

The rooms are very spacious and clean with a good view of the bay. There's a beach nearby and plenty of activities for children. The location is terrible. Despite what the website may say, the hotel is miles away from anywhere and certainly miles away from the airport. The only way to get from the airport to the hotel and the city to the hotel is by taxi, both of which are very expensive because the hotel is so far away from anything. |

Nice hotel a bit outside of Hong Kong. Good for relaxation. Shuttlebus each hour to Tsim Sha Tsui and back. (35 HKD per person) |

I'd like the room facing seaview and beach, let me felt comfortable and relax but the room given was not high enough. In room T.V. should be changed to LCD or Plasma. Air-condition was not enough in summer. I think if in-house guest can get more discount or special price in hotel restaurants e.g. dinner buffet will be much better. |
