The decor and ambience

Its a bit far from all the happening places, plus the staff could be friendlier n the pool side bar was not operational- a big disappointment.

I stayed in Gold Coast about 10 years ago and it is a lovely hotel situated in a seaside location. I prefer to wake up to the sea/trees instead of the city view. Hotel has a shuttle to the city (used to be free for guests), so it's not a problem for me. Staff are always effecient and polite.

could have shuttle bus from airport and any chance of an inclusive holiday,i.e.flights and hotel combined as some hotels provide?

Room is wide enough and clean. Big swimming pool and nice garden. Relaxed a lot. Good for long stay. Shattle bus is conbinient to go to Kaoloon.

There is no shattle bus service to the airport.

Nice peaceful hotel near Tuen Mun. Ideal location for me meeting my friend there. Very nice outdoor areas. Big balcony in room.

Fitted carpet in my room was little dirty and stuffy. Balcony had no furniture.

Very small speed of internet connection/ ANd they have deposit twice anf did not give me money back!!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful for someone like me who didn't know Hong Kong too well. The room was clean and comfortable.

The location is too far from the airport and there's no shuttle to the airport which makes it very costly.

The cleanliness of the public and room furnature

The location is much more quiet than Hotels located in the city centre.You can go out and not be faced with buses ,traffic and hordes of pedestrians.

Renovations to the main restaurant ,meant that the lobby bar was only serving Buffet style meals,no al acarte.

The view

The quietness and the facilities. This is an excellent hotel for thsoe who do not wnat to be in the city at night. Although the hotel shuttle transports back and forth on the hour till about 11pm. The lovely pool and the evening buffet nearby the pool are very very nice. After a full days shopping (or whatever) in the city to come back to this is wonderful. Rooms are are excellent size and in good nick. Wonderful views across the yacht club from my balcony.

I felt the $30 each way on the shuttle into the city was an unnecessary charge for hotel guests. Not a great impost by any stretch, but not absolutely convinced as to its necessesity.

This hotel location is in a great view location. Park and other facility makes is great. I will recommend other for this hotel in Hong Kong. Great service with affordable budget.

The hotel is situated far away from Kowloon, and the Shuttle that is provided on the check-in and check-out days should be free, not charged for 30 hkd each trip.

There was no indication that the swimming pool was out-of-order for maintenance when booking the room. Very disappointed!
