Good location, friendly staff, decent breakfast included
Small room not helped by low ergonomics
The breakfast is good
The bed is too hard
An upgrade to a business suite was very well received. Staff are helpful and friendly. The place is what you would expect from mid market hotel. It's not totally luxurious but it's comfortable and convenient.
I wouldn't bother with the breakfasts as there are many cheap cafes around that do great food but if it's included it's a bonus.
Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and a good size. Was easy to move around because of the good location.
The staff is very friendly..helpful and English speaking.
Not located near train station.uncompirtable beds.breakfast included breakfast was very simple.
The staff was very helpful and courteous. Good location and good value.
Carpet could be updated or cleaned better.
Friendly and helpful staff, good variety of food at breakfast. Good size room with seating area and separate bedroom. Great location with access to trams, buses, and MTR. Situated in interesting older part of Hong Kong Island. Would highly recommend hotel.
The Business Suite gave us a bit more room so was a better option.
Breakfast was very rushed, although good. Although the location was okay it was quite difficult to navigate the streets!
Breakfast a little below par but thats it.
Staffs there are friendly !
1) location - not close to MTR 2) area - not too convenient 3) always has SMOKE smell in the hallway/room 4) room is very small 5) not a hotel , it's only a serviced apartment Overall, not worth what we paid !!
staff is very kind everything is good
Staffs were really so accomodating and warmly welcomes every guests!
We were upgraded to a business suite which was located on the second floor. It was very spacious with a separate lounge which was great with all the extra items that we had travelling with a baby. Wifi connection was fast and in the reception area there were free snacks tea and coffee available throught the day. We also had the free breakfast.
The location of the hotel was difficult for us to find especially as we arrived very late in the night. We got lost quite a few times between the MRT station and the hotel until we had made a few trips back and forth before getting used to the route.
Very cosy and homely Nice and polite staff Equipped with gym and entertainment center nice breakfast very worth for money free snacks all day long
Location a bit far off but mtr going to be opened by end of first quarter Gym equipments a bit old and rusty
Spacious room on excellent location. Money's worth.
Breakfast maybe very sober.
The staff... very professional, very helpful. Well trained..
Got mixed up on room cleaning one day. Not sure what happened.
Comfortable bed, big shower room
Reasonable price, Good breakfast, Cozy and pretty big room, Customer Service
Location (too far from Central, but i think it is fair)
Location is close (10-15 min) of The MTR station of Sheung Wan; Efficency of the staff; The quality of the bed.
Rooms are quite tiny; Breakfast rather poor, the variety of items isn't justifiable;
The lounge provides a comforatble rest place for those who reach the hotel earlier and leave the hotel later than the check-out time. The staff is helpful, thumbs up to them.
The platinum suite should have a kitchen sink for the convenience of boiling water. Old people might need to be careful as there is a step to the washroom in platinum suite.
Location, location, location. My room (actually apartment that I was upgraded to) was very roomy and comfortable. The hotel is less than 5 min from tram and 10 to A11 bus for airport. For the MTR, a bit further maybe 15 min. The breakfast was good, (I had better) my choice was the Western that consisted of one egg, sausage and hash browns. The coffee, bread and croisants were help yourself as well as yogurt and fruit. It was good enough for me. The internet was blazing fast, 20+ Mbs. Great bathrobe, slippers and towels. Bet hard but comfortable.
The bathroom had no shelf space at all. A sink that was a sink, no area to place your stuff and not other shelf. The same for the shower, no shelf for toiletries. They really need to put some shelves in. The shower was quite large, but they had this raised matt that looks like it came from some restaurant kithchen. I don't think it really gets washed regulary and the water tends to acumulate so you are standing in a puddle. The blackout curtains in the bedroom did not fit properly. Small nightstands in bedroom
My parents and my brother went to HK last week and stayed at this hotel. they were delighted with the hotel!! Cozy, clean,...If we have a chance to go to Hongkong again, We'll visit this hotel!
Good location for catching the MTR. Also easy to find excellent restaurants within walking distance. Staff were all very helpful. Room was clean and done every day. Breakfast was good and again staff were excellent. Over all I would stay here again.
Bed was too hard although staff did give us an extra foam mattress which did help. Bed was also a bit small, as booking stated that it would be a king size.
Breakfast. Rooms appear clean, but had musty smell. No milk for coffee & tea.
