"New" or renovated, everything in very good condition. Good food but a little pricey.
Location, a few blocks from the underground train.
staff and location great free breakfast
access to bathroom is dangerous. bathroom is tight
Although the hotel is a bit of way from the Hong Kong Station, we were able to locate it. The room, although a bit small, was fine. The breakfast at the restaurant next door was nice. We also appreciated a fine Indian/Nepalese restaurant a block away.
Can't think of anything.
- Friendly & helpful staff - Cleaness of room & floor - good location (near central & Macau ferry) - security (floor access by room card)
- poor choice in breakfast menu (althought good service)
Thef staff is friendly and helpful. The design is tasteful. Breakfast is good. There are nice surprises like massage armchair and home theatre, extra snacks and drinks in the lounge.
It was difficult to control an air conditioner (probably the problem was personal).
the location the staff the welcome the upgrade
Helpful staff. Clean, well equiped room. Great breakfast. Exceeded expectations.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, reasonable room sizes
Location is about 1 km away from the mtr and not many cabs stop here. Also, there are no bell boys to take your luggage to the room, although the staff was quite helpful.
The location is good, short taxi ride from the A11 bus from the airport and a very short walk to the bus to the airport. Also close to the tram, and a bus stop is across the street. Good breakfasts. Restaurants close by. Lots of exotic shops in this area. Great staff.
This is a really good budget hotel. The Macau Ferry is a short distance away. The staff were pleasant and spoke good English. The nearby ABC Restaurant in the fairly grim Sheung Wan food market serves superb roasted suckling pig. The restaurant attached to the hotel serves a simple breakfast but has a talented chef for the evening catering.
Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Water bottles and snacks were provided in the lobby, and free breakfast included daily was a plus. LBP is efficient and organized and I would recommend for anyone to stay here.
The location is a bit far from major shopping areas and touristy spots but the walk to the MTR (train) wasn't bad otherwise.
Location (close to Hong Kong central station), friendly staff, free drinks and snacks.
Tiny room, hostel-like atmosphere, too expensive for what you get.
Close to transportation. Restaurant had good vibes. Staff was very helpful.
Not enough power points to easily access.
Amazing staff. Good location. Really nice terrace. Its so seldom you stay somewhere with no bad things to say. But this is one of these special places.
This hotel has a very helpful, friendly staff, the included breakfast was good and there are free snacks and soft drinks through the day in a lounge area. Reception booked tours efficiently and gave good advice. Rooms are modern and clean. We even had a glimpse of the harbour from ours.
Rooms are very small but this seems normal for Hong Kong.
Friendly staff, great room
The hotel is very clean and modern. It's offers good value for money. The location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a nice common area and a patio. And the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Very friendly and accommodative staff. I informed about my early flight arrival, and requested for early check-in, and they accommodated it. They also helped me with directions.
Breakfast, community room, complimentary drinks.
Room size just adequate.
The reception staff particularly Pepsi and Yo Yo. We had a business room which worked fine for us. Coffee, cool drinks and snacks provided free at 4th floor reception. The breakfast in Gees was excellent with fresh fruit (strawberries and blueberries) during our stay. also cooking to order hot food. Our taxi had no problem finding the hotel. Walking distance to MTR and many trams and buses. We caught the bus to Aberdeen across the road from hotel.
the hard bed although this is quite usual in Asian countries the view from 2121 was overlooking hi-rise buildings
Everything except the hard bed which is not unusual in China. The reception staff were always most willing to help us. The breakfast in Gees was always fresh and enjoyable. We loved the strawberries and blueberries also the omelettes. Our business suite on the 21st floor 2101 overlooked high-rise buildings.
The lack of English shows on TV in Hong Kong
Good value for money,we stay for 4 days. The hotel was very clean modern and comfortable.Location was great
