The hotel staff were courteous and as it was my first visit to Hong Kong upgraded me to a suite which was appreciated. However, I found the breakfast to be opening very late at 7:30 which was inconvenient for me and my early meetings. Also the choice of food available was not as I would expect and I found it dissappointing. There were no choice of eggs only boiled was available. I would like to see a choice of eggs, better bacon and sausages. For a Westerner a good English breakfast to start the day is a welcome change to Asian cuisine. However, I will be staying at the hotel again and i have recommended it to others. |

Staff were very efficient, rooms large - expresso machine in room a nice touch. Needed a late checkout - they wanted more than overnight room rate to extend it for a few hours.. presumably they were pretty full. |

Excellent, spacious rooms, great bathrooms, very comfortable bed, perfect location, and friendly and helpful staff. It was a little noisy at night/early morning due to the nightclubs in the same building. |

the room and bed were incredibly restful; we slept very, very well. the bathroom was bright, spacious, and airy, so a wonderful space to wake up to. the illy espresso machine was a great touch, far better than a nespresso one. location right above lan kwai fong was excellent for us. there is potential for noise, as other reviewers have mentioned, but we were undisturbed |

Best location in Central and very friendly staffs. The complimentary high tea is great. Sharing the elavator and lobby with Azure crowd is a bit too much it cause a delay and they tend to be a bit drunk after certain time. Not very pleasant. And the curtain in the room doesn't close properly so it can't block the sunlight in case you want to sleep late. |

It is a very good and clean hotel. Very tastefully done with contemporary interiors. Situated in the heart of the city close to business and shopping areas and most important in the centre of an active nightlife area. Pricing could be a little lower! |

Location, room size, service, price. Breakfast could include more Chinese options. Better sound proofing of rooms from surrounding noise. Loyalty points |

The room was upgraded, staff is all very nice and kind, room was clean and pretty spacy, big. The only problem is it is located right next to club. As we stayed on the weekend, the noise didnt stop until 4 am even we stayed at 16F. If the windows are doubled, maybe this can be avoid....however, itwas in the central and very convinient but i wouldnt recommend for family. Maybe better for a couple or a single. |

The best thing about this hotel is the comfort of the bed and the pillows. also the location is great. For the price, internet connection should be free. $150 per day when you only use it for a hour or so each day is quite steep. We have just travelled all around Europe staying in hotels that were much cheaper than LKF but internet and/or wi-fi was always included. |

1. friendly & helpful staff 2. very nice interior 3. close to good restaurants 4. beautiful terrace with a sexy view of hkg 1. the noise level during the night is unbearable! just behind the hotel are a number of bars and nightclubs! almost impossible to sleep (thu-sat). however, if you like partying it is a great hotel... 2. breakfast selection is very poor compared to other hkg hotels (bad deal for the money) |

Boutique hotel, very central to shopping, bars and restaurants. Good value luxury accomodation. Opt for high floors as the noise from bars and clubs at night may upset business travellers. |

It was so convenient for shopping, there are many good restaurants within walking distance, convenient for hiking up to the peak and it was comfortable. i also liked the bar on the top floor. I can have a drink without having to leave and walk in the lan kwai fong mess of pubs. whilst the rooms are comfortable enough, the bathrooms should be cleaner- corners near the bath tub had mould(not cleaned properly) |

Absolute boutique hotel experience. Located in the coolest area of Hong Kong island at Lan Kwai Fong near Soho. Next to the last remaining vestiges of old Hong Kong to be found and in the hippest bar, restaurant and night club area. Shopping monoliths close enough if you want them but mercifully far enough away to pretend that KK is about more than shopping. Hotel itself super-stylish and cool in an under-stated way. Service close to impeccable. Not cheap but great value for what you get. Received a free room upgrade to a club suite with perks such as as complimentary top shelf drinks and nibbles in the 29th floor bar. Obviously won't happen on most occasions but did this time round. When in HK won't be staying anywhere else in future. |
