Hotel LKF By Rhombus (Lan Kwai Fong)

1. Clubbing-party location. This is number 1 in Hong Kong for all ages (See Dragon eye club for people above 30… Bars and clubs in Lang Kwai Fong street for younger ages). 2. So close to Central and Soho shopping, nice lunch dim sum locations (See Maxim Palace), walking distance to the Star Ferry etc. etc. 3. Comfortable Rooms with Central Skyline view, nice towels, free espresso machine, etc. 4. Generally good value boutique hotel. If you can price the time and effort to go to places especially at night, it ends up worth your while… The rooms are 5 star value and yes there is not a pool but I don’t know many people that go to HK to lie by the pool… We had two complimentary drinks and nibbles at Azuro (the 29th floor restaurant /bar of the hotel) per person every night of our 8 night stay! We also had free internet and gym facilities outside the hotel. These kinds of packages are available from various websites; you can check all these through tripadvisor.com. 5. After a long trip to HK it is so nice to go up the elevator and enjoy a superb dinner at Azuro restaurant and a few drinks at the Sky bar (nice view). Both of these are part of the hotel and very popular.

Don’t stay in LKF by Rhombus hotel if: 1. You want a quite time. Everything will annoy you if you do: the noise, the people from outside crowding the elevators, the sticky floor the next morning… 2. You are in Hong Kong for business that will not involve entertaining like going out for dinner and drinks. 3. You don’t like to walk 10 minutes up hill from Central. 4. You want to lie by the pool. 5. You want on-site spa facilities. However, I’ve tried some wonderful spas in the area just 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel.

Very nice restaurant with excellent food but wines and other drinks too expensive.

Only location was good

All in hotel is very expensive- Internet, copy, fax, telephone call. Restaurant is awful, it isn't delicious kitchen here. We order special deal with free Internet, free bottle of wine and tee in restaurant, but wine and tee we didn't see during 3 days. Receptionist said us that breakfast end 11 o'clock,but when we came to breakfast at 10.45 all was close and we were need order awful eggs for 150H$ each and were waiting it about 20-25 minutes.

Rooms are very functional but also very stylish. Bathroom is great with a rain shower. Bed is very large and very comfortable. a lot of tv channels available with dvd player. Excellent location in Hong Kong Island. In combination with a reasonable price , this make it a must stay in Hong Kong

Location is excellent, as are the staff. I stayed there with my family, although I would suggest that it's more of a business hotel.

The hotel was advertised with a gym, but it's not part of the hotel and an additional fee is required to use it.

i wish, the wireless internet would work in the room. only lobby and restaurant had free wireless internet.

Excellent, spacious rooms, great bathrooms, very comfortable bed, perfect location, and friendly and helpful staff.

It was a little noisy at night/early morning due to the nightclubs in the same building.

Best location in Central and very friendly staffs. The complimentary high tea is great.

Sharing the elavator and lobby with Azure crowd is a bit too much it cause a delay and they tend to be a bit drunk after certain time. Not very pleasant. And the curtain in the room doesn't close properly so it can't block the sunlight in case you want to sleep late.

that the restaurant at 30th floor was closed and I was not informed - not even when I made my reservation

Breakfast could include more Chinese options. Better sound proofing of rooms from surrounding noise. Loyalty points

The best thing about this hotel is the comfort of the bed and the pillows. also the location is great.

For the price, internet connection should be free. $150 per day when you only use it for a hour or so each day is quite steep. We have just travelled all around Europe staying in hotels that were much cheaper than LKF but internet and/or wi-fi was always included.
