Funky lobby, helpful concierge and porters/doormen, amazing bathroom especially shower, good daytime location close to shops, galleries, transport, good breakfasts, well-organised hotel transfer from airport to hotel. Good advance email communication from hotel

Persistently smoky corridor and room had also been smoked in recently, check-in staff did a poor job of explaining possible upgrade option costs; power points not adjacent to bed as requested, housekeeping failed to replenish coffee/tea supplies. Night-time noise from clubs nearby and upstairs was extremely loud and went on for hours - Friday night noise was all night!!! (This needs to be pointed out to potential guests!)

The staff were excellent and helpful. I mentioned that some people in the past had mention noise, was all ready on 25th floor front, no noise . Near all the good food eating houses and the Midlle Level esculators.

Internet while good quality for connection could had been free or a lower cost .

The hotel is the noisiest I have ever seen music in and out of the building you can enjoy until 4am on Friday night. Earplugs besides the bed is not even funny. Installing an expresso machine in a so so room built in a former office building doesn't make it a proper hotel.

Tub shower difficult to enter and exit with no safety bars. I'm very athletic and agile but anyone would be concerned to fall with the setup as it is.

Location right in the heart of central Hong Kong.

Rooms are very old Dirty with many dusts in drawers and many other places Many parts of rooms are damaged The breakfast buffet is just a shame for a 5* hotel, this is even not the value of basic 3 stars. Better think not eat over there !!! Service for breakfast starts at 7 and not 6.30, the breakfast staff is unpolite and can't serve the guest well (hair in my chocolate which was also made with hot water and no milk : asked for replacement it tooks 20 minutes to get a new one) In general except the front desk this hotel has no more value than a basic three stars I recommend nobody to stay there

bed linen was a little "tired" quite stingy on soaps etc a little noisy at night rooftop restaurant did not make most of the location and surrounds did not like to roof top bar and the outside roof area was wasted

The rooms were great, bed was comfortable, bathroom was amazing. Restaurant upstairs was good for breakfast. Interior looked good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Its a bit noisy on the weekends at night (but expected given that its in the middle of lkf, not a complaint as such, just an observation) The internet could be quite slow at times.

Frankly, i did not like a lot of things regarding the price, and the quality. very disappointed. The bed were good but useless regarding the noise!! Location is convenient.

- we booked twin beds, once arrived we were asked we have to pay more to have twin beds, it was not mentionned. Bad start. - price is very expensive and doesn t deserve four stars : 1/ very noisy, internal noise, but the streets as well 2/ we mix nightclub people and hotel guest in the lobby, lift... People vomitting in the entrance of the hotel.. 3/ staff is not really nice 3/ the lights of the room were not working well, some autmaticaly turned on during the night..! 4/ the card of thedoor didn't work, we had to go 5 times in 3 days to have this fixed, and very bad welcome 5/ the breakfast was very poor for this kind of hotel classification 6/ at this rate, you have to pay 15USD/day to have Wifi in the room ....

they upgrade me to suite, but so noisy due to bar on the roof and street, not a hotel to stay unless you love bar and disco type night life and doesn't need good rest

Fabulous room, helpful concierge, fast lifts to the 26th floor, perfect location.

even the double glazing and being on the 26th floor couldn't block the street sounds which went on until about midnight, (which we loved but not everyone may like it). Breakfast was unimaginative but adequate.

Excellent bathroom I.E. strong shower pressure. Very comfortable bed - nice sheets and pillows

Only fault with the room was the lighting was very dark in the bathroom, hard to do make-up. And also not enough power outlets. Had an incident with a very rude staff member that accused us of opening a drink from the minibar which we absolutely did not. She accused us of lying and insisted we did, she finally relented and did not charge us but instead gruffly handed us the bill with no comment. We asked of the bill handed to us, were we charged. She said 'check it if you don't believe me" in a very aggressive tone. When we have paid x amount a night for 2 nights it was very dissapointing to be treated so rudely over a $5 drink. Particularly as we had suffered a lift outage of 45 minutes the day before. That we were most understanding about despite the urgency of needing to get to our room to get to a wedding. The staff member that was rude was called Emilie. Everyone else at the hotel was excellent though

Not good food at dinner and very small portions. Breakfast was a joke.

Fun, frenetic vibe in reception with quick efficient service. Lovely bathroom, great pillows.

The detail & photos on booking.com led us to believe there would be a large roof terrace with water & seating (think shots of Gold terrace were used) and that our room would be much bigger. Slightly misleading. Expensive for what it really was.

Night club on Friday night at top of hotel - Stayed on 21st floor and could hear it all night.

Staff were very helpfull , and the room was of descent size

The bar on top, the spacious room, its cleanliness, the location within walking distance of almost everything we needed/wanted to do and see.

If you are not part of the daily party crowd it is very loud until 3 am. Even on the 23rd floor.

Great room.

I was extremely disappointed! I got to hotel and the room was great, no complaints at all. I went to try get to sleep and all I heard all night was loud music and people screaming out 2 floors above till 3am. I went to get my breakfast the next Morning and was told there was no room so I was put in a meeting / staff room with the manager counting money! I then had to go out of the room 3 times to get the basics, coffee, serviette and cutlery.then proceeded to get my breakfast or lack of. No bacon & other food on its last little bits left! I gave up drank my coffee and left! I have never complained about any hotel I have ever stayed in and I have traveled all over the world! This was by far the worst experience in a hotel I have ever had.

Good stuff and help full good location

The hotel was lacated in the British histric area of Hong Kong Island. Easy access not only to the world longest escalater but also to the Peak Tram Terminal by short walk.

Excellent location right in the thick o it (Lan-Kwai ong) with lots o bars, restaurants and shopping close at hand. Roo-top bar worth a drink, especially in a busy week-end night. Staff courteous and friendly, Hong Kong style. Rooms not big but comfortable. All-round a good spot.

It's in the heart of things so it does get busy and noisu, especially at anight and on the week-end. Not your countryside retreat!

I am a regular customer , 2 at 3 time a year for the last 5 years and I always had the same service. Staff is very good , rooms are very comfortable , bathroom are very nice specially if you are lucky to get one with a windows overlooking the city. Location is fantastic , easy to reach mtr, plenty of taxi and all the night life and animation of Lan Kwai Fong. Breakfast is good is the room upstairs.

Very nice hotel but it was right on top of noisy nightclubs, I couldn't sleep from the club music that was playing outside. I was not expecting that.

Душевая и ванна не разделены.Из депозита в 500 НК вернули 450 не предоставив выписку за выпитую банку колы и пары пакетиков чая.
