I love LKF hotel, and there is Espresso coffee machine inside the room which i feel very good. The bed is quite big and very comfortable, i love the pillows so much, so soft. Staff are quite nice.

The breakfast is really under the standard which can not fit for the repuitation. They do not have the price list for the snacks, which is not easy for the customers to choose. Some of the staff can not speak madarin, which is really unconvience to the Chinese customers, cuz my mum and dad can not speak English, and they feel bad about this. They should have shuttle from the Metro to LKF.

i wish, the wireless internet would work in the room. only lobby and restaurant had free wireless internet.

Excellent, spacious rooms, great bathrooms, very comfortable bed, perfect location, and friendly and helpful staff.

It was a little noisy at night/early morning due to the nightclubs in the same building.

Best location in Central and very friendly staffs. The complimentary high tea is great.

Sharing the elavator and lobby with Azure crowd is a bit too much it cause a delay and they tend to be a bit drunk after certain time. Not very pleasant. And the curtain in the room doesn't close properly so it can't block the sunlight in case you want to sleep late.

that the restaurant at 30th floor was closed and I was not informed - not even when I made my reservation

Breakfast could include more Chinese options. Better sound proofing of rooms from surrounding noise. Loyalty points

The best thing about this hotel is the comfort of the bed and the pillows. also the location is great.

For the price, internet connection should be free. $150 per day when you only use it for a hour or so each day is quite steep. We have just travelled all around Europe staying in hotels that were much cheaper than LKF but internet and/or wi-fi was always included.

There is a lot of noise (music) at night from the street, even on high floors,

1. the noise level during the night is unbearable! just behind the hotel are a number of bars and nightclubs! almost impossible to sleep (thu-sat). however, if you like partying it is a great hotel... 2. breakfast selection is very poor compared to other hkg hotels (bad deal for the money)

Exciting, trendy hotel in very popular dining, shopping, and clubbing area. No better location or environment!

Easy walking distance to major destinations in Cantral

We got lots of wrong iformation from reception staff concerning our club access. Apparently club access is not included when booking via booking.com no matter what the reservation says.

Absolute boutique hotel experience. Located in the coolest area of Hong Kong island at Lan Kwai Fong near Soho. Next to the last remaining vestiges of old Hong Kong to be found and in the hippest bar, restaurant and night club area. Shopping monoliths close enough if you want them but mercifully far enough away to pretend that KK is about more than shopping. Hotel itself super-stylish and cool in an under-stated way. Service close to impeccable. Not cheap but great value for what you get. Received a free room upgrade to a club suite with perks such as as complimentary top shelf drinks and nibbles in the 29th floor bar. Obviously won't happen on most occasions but did this time round. When in HK won't be staying anywhere else in future.
