the room had a lot of space in it for a hong kong hotel (ive stayed in 4 other hotels before and this is the biggest) and there are a few abit cheaper this was definatley worth the little bit more cash.and perfectly clean. |

good price for the location and nice and helpful concierge A Silver Room was reserved instead of the promised Gold Room. It took me some waiting to get the booked room. |

well positioned for the metro station in a relatively quiet area off Nathan rd. Upgrade to executive lounge reccomended - view,drinks and nibbles were well worth the extra cost.A very comfortable hotel with excellently trained staff. |

Verry professional and friendly staff (The lady obviously knew that Switzerland has 4 languages and wished me well in German and French at check out after seeing my passport), lovely view over the harbour from all the rooms, quite fast room service. I would have expected an iron in the room in a hotel priced like the Panorama |

Very nice new hotel in a great location. Rooms very clean and comfortable.Staff are very helpful. Breakfast excellent. Would definitely stay there again. Room entry door loud when shuts. If you have loud neighbours room can be a bit noisy. |

Staff were very warm and friendly. It had everything I needed for my particular stay. The room was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet when sleeping. It was close to transport and shopping. Service and food was great. Nothing I didn't like, however it could do with a lounge/bar area to relax when waiting or meeting friends. I didn't need a pool area but that would always add value... |

Perfect location, the platinium rooms are nice has a great view of the Hong Kong island. I'd prefer to stay if I ever visit Hong Kong again, convenient place. |

the sound insulation needs to be improved. No bathrobe was a common items provided in hotel room all over the world. but it was disappointed that it was not provided. WIth a room rate at HKD1000, no breakfast was included and only one bottle of complimentary water provided. |

Rooms are nicely designed, location very good, near to Metro and shopping district. At the street entrance there is no space to wait for a friend or business partner. Same counts for lobby at 1st Floor.Rooms are not very big. I booked the room for 1,5 day and there was no cleaning after the first night. |

the location is very good, its a 3 min walk from tsim sha tsui station. but the surrounding gets a little bit crowded at night as there are lots of bar and pubs, may not be a good area for family who travel with kids. but for young people, its ok. many eating places open until late around the hotel as well. the room i booked was gold, and they upgraded me to platinum which the room was huge and with nice view. also, the view on the 38th lounge and 40th sky garden was awesome. the housekeeping service was average only, it was clean after they cleaned up the room, but not like sparkling clean like you just checked in. and the tv remote control was gone after they cleaned up the room. |

Excellent updated facilities with friendly/immediately responsive staff. Good location if looking to be in the TST area. MRT was 1 block away and convenient to reach for travel to the rest of the city. The room was small, but was not so much a negative for me as I had expected it to be small. The modern facility itself and location within the TST area made up for the small room |

Excellent quality and fit out of the room and the Hotel in general. Good service, courteous and help full staff. Views from your room over the harbor was excellent Upgraded to the top spec room, found room to be very small. In today world, and all hotels i stayed in on my trip around S E Asis, all hotels included free internet access in the rooms. Had to apy here and £25 for 5 days was on the high side. |

We had a golden de luxe room on the 29th floor. The location is good, there were a lot of restaurants and bars around. Starferry is 10 min walk or 18$HD with taxi. The room was not so special, I think you will pay for the view. On the pictures on the website the room looks bigger. |

The comfortable and friendly atmosphere within the hotel along with the central location and wonderful views from our large windows in room 2109. We would certainly go back to your hotel for our next visit as it provided everything one could ask for. This excellent hotel played a major part in a very enjoyable visit to Hong Kong. |

The hotel is idealy located.The panoramic view overlooks Victoria Bay,The rooms are a little cramped but considering space in hong kong is ok.Excellent staff and service.The resturaunts and food in the hotel,excellent. |
