It's perfect if you are really looking for a place that is near the subway, eateries and for shopping. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I thought my room would be bigger that I thought. It was kind of small and I doubt it is 28metre square as advertised. That's not very good. We stayed at teh 19th floor. |

Location and the view from harbour facing rooms is good Rooms are very small and on arrival they do not have the courtsey to even ask for a glass of water and the request allot the room at 11 A.m was refused and also the request for a king size bed room was also refused |

Overall it was a good hotel, clean, staff mostly attentative. Concierge great. Location excellent - 1 min walk to trains, 5 min walk to Nathan Rd, 5 minute walk to River front restaurants. 25 train ride to Shenzhen. Fabulous Location. Room was a little on the small side. No Pool or Spa facilities. |

Helpful staff; views from room; proximity to mtr train and Victoria Harbour and shops;was pleased to be upgraded to next room type after waiting for few hours to check in at 2 pm as my flight arrived in morning |

It is near the Holiday Inn and Nathan Road. I like the location. I ordered soup and sweet and sour pork for room service. Our order came in with no water on the tray and the food was not heated. The soup was cold and the bread was also not hot. This was a major turn off for me. I think the hotel food should be improved at the room service area. Also, we left our tray by the door for the cleaning folks to collect and hung a sign saying please make up room. Several hours later, our room was still not clean and the tray was still outside the door. |

Staff are courteous and friendly. Good location, very close to MTR entrance. Also close to all amenities. Room and bathroom is too small. Pillow too soft and do not support head and neck. |
