We were pleased to be upgraded however were effected by the jack hammers on the roof with the renovations which created significant discomfort during the day and no opportunity for a day nap. The fact that the table tennis table was not available at the time and there was no substitute for our boys, we were not aware of this at the time of booking. The boys also commented on the very small area of the gym |

Situated directly in tsim tsha tsui station (0,5 min to entrance) in the center of the city, good restorant 39/F, good pricing offer with a discount through booking.com unfortunatelly, not a perfect view to the HK island (some new buildings blocked it). 30-49 floor rooms are the best to get the view. Also , rooms are small, but for me it is not a problem. Sometimes a long chain at breakfast. It is Better to organize bigger restorant in the 3rd floor. |

Our deluxe room was well-equipped and offered panoramic view of the city with two floor-to-ceiling windows. Comfy bed, though might appear a bit short for Europeans. Sound isolation and air con OK. Staff was polite and considerate of our requests albeit on the slow side. Free broadband internet. Breakfast choice not too extensive but food quality very good. Morning newspaper. Overcrowded lifts and halls at any time of the day. Room was not properly cleaned - particularly noticeable in the bathroom, found dirt and hairs in the tub and suspiciously looking stains on the floor right upon our arrival. The bathroom door didn't close completely. No brush to clean the toilet bowl, which seems to be a general problem in HK and China. |

Love the design of the room. Neat and executive look. Clean lines and whatever you need is readily available. Value for money definitely. Had a nice view and very near to the exit of a MTR station. Very convenient. Near to to shopping belt area too. :-) Did not really like the TV cotrol because to get from 1 channel to another, it was only up or down, cannot choose specific channels. |

The whole staff was very helpful, polite and effective from congierge to cleaning ladies. I have never experienced such an excellent service, and even the price of the room was very reasonable, Also the location of the hotel was great. For taxi drivers it might be difficult to find, better take one map with chinese characters. |

Fantastic hotel in great location! Pay the extra and go for a platinum room - private check-in, use of executive lounge, cocktails in the evening...definitely worth it! nothing - it was an excellent hotel! |

I chose this hotel mainly because of its price compared to other options in equally convenient locations. I was pleasantly surprised to get a 36th floor room with HK harbour view. The room was well insulated sound-wise so very little road noise could be heard. The climate control system was both effiicient and quiet. Buffet breakfast seemed a little expensive, but on reflection probably about usual for HK these days (I hadn't been to HK for 15 years so prices are sure to have gone up!) |

Your hotel has a good very location in the city, convenience for restaurants, shopping and subway; staff are very courteous and helpful. I would stay at your hotel again if I revisit HongKong in the future. |

I was very impressed with the staff as they were so helpful and efficient. The location of the hotel was perfect as so close to the ferry and the shopping district of Kowloon. The view from out room was amazing. |

excellent views of HK harbour. Comfortable rooms. It is not psssible to open the windows so sometimes I felt that despite the air conditioning, the air felt dry or stale. |
