Hotel Panorama By Rhombus  

Location : not easy to find . Mtr not so near as describe Room: I book deluxe gold rm . But the rm I got is not Wat as describe . Description say 2 large bed , but getting 2 single bed . No bathtub as describe. Miser on bath accessory . Not enough for 2 adult bath. Staff: slow on check in and check out .. And unfriendly .

This is the second time I stay there both time I book a (deluxe gold harbour view room),last time I had a little of water view & this time on 20/f I don't see any water view at all... and I was told this is what u get when you book through the BOOKING.com!! Staff response with attitude!! Wow!!

The location was perfect for me and my children. It was next to the main metro station, making connections to anywhere in the country was the best with few train changes. It was also at the heart of the city, where eateries were abundant and the variety unlimited. On top the area was lively from morning till midnight.

The hotel did not have good in room dining service.

Breakfast is super expensive for what they are severing, no salmon, 2 types o cheese and an ice cream machine for decoration, put that shit on the garbage instead keep there for nothing. Yes, I would recommend the hotel and tell the person must have a breakfast on the corner of the block.

The location is ideal for tourists who are in Hong Kong for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel is a few steps away from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, and really close to shopping districts on Nathan Road, Cameron Road... The Hotel also has a great view on the Harbour. Taking a Harbour view room on top levels is recommended.

We loved the room which was facing Hong Kong Island, and gave us a breathtaking view of Hong Kong. We also loved the fantastic lunch buffet every day. The staff was exceptionally friendly at all times.

The bathroom was a bit small in our executive room.

Sound insulation is so terrible that I even waken up by the "slam" of the neighbour room, and television remoter not works well,frankly it is not what a club room should be, however, the hotel staff is quite friendly.

Excellent location with so many bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep, and the mtr and Star Ferry an easy walk away. Great views from a harbourside room and from the axa restaurant and level 40 lookout. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Lovely breakfasts. Well appointed room, serviced well. Good price. What's not to like?

Every time we came back to the room the hotel staff had left the power and lights on. This wastes electricity.

Location is good, near mrt and near shopping center Concierge service is excellent

Room is too small

Location is good for shopping, access to Star Ferry (10 minutes walk) and underground train service. Staff were very attentive and although we arrived at 7.00am (from an overnight flight from Auckland) the room was immediately available which was an upgrade to one with a harbour view which was a nice gesture but quite small.

As the hotel was used in a stop-over visit we found it convenient to explore Hong Kong. Although the rooms were not large we had lovely views comfortable beds and helpful staff.
