No Wi-fi, you have to pay for wired connection Bar with no atmosphere at all Room with interconnecting door - noisy Terribly poor room service food choice selection very small rooms Main restaurant small Having spent nearly £2,000 on staying there, the staff had the cheek to send someone up to check my minibar before allowing me to check out and re- issued the bill as I had forgotten a bag of peanuts. This was at 4am in the morning. Astonishing The rate card rate for this room was supposed to be 70% higher than what I paid. Don't be fooled by hotel discounts like this - the rooms are not worth even the discount rate I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was perfect for me and my children. It was next to the main metro station, making connections to anywhere in the country was the best with few train changes. It was also at the heart of the city, where eateries were abundant and the variety unlimited. On top the area was lively from morning till midnight.

The entrance is too little. There is no possibility for sitting while waiting for taxi or tourbus..

Price is getting too high for a very small room. every night after a hectic shopping, too frustrates to shower with a very small nozzle .

We liked the hotel because itw as central to everything we needed - trains, buses, ferries,shops. It is a very welcoming hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful - especially when we had a problem with our toilet!

The location of the hotel was great, our room is at 22nd floor with harbour view and two double beds on it but we pay extra money to have that room per night.

On the second day of our stay at the hotel our towels bathrobe and bed sheets were change but when we use it there's plenty of hole in it! The towels even the bath robe we complain and show it at the reception. Ever since i've never experience like this before very disappointing...

The hotel is clean and ideal located next to Tsim Sha Tsui / East Tsim Sha Tsui mtr station. The view (at club level) is great. The club rooms are worth the difference in price for the view (some next-door buildings are quite an eye-sore if you're not hight enough), access to the bullet- lifts and the club lounge (free wi-fi, drinks and snacks).

The rooms are small, the bathroom is small (with no bathtub) and wi-fi can be accessed only from the lounge or from the restaurant but not in the room (there is instead a cable connection). The breakfast choices are limited but the view somehow compensated. It's expensive for what is offer but still decent for Hong Kong standards.

Great location, really close to MTR, Avenue of the star and star ferry, all are within walking distance, clean and friendly staffs
