Modern clean rooms
Doors banking after midnight
clean, comfortable and a lot of restaurants nearby. close to the metro and bus interchange so it is convenient to travel around
the staff does not really understand english, lift is slow, bed is small
Room is comfortable, clean & nice
Most of the staff are not that friendly
Tiny room with the smallest beds I have seen. The view was of the next door building.
The check in was quick and efficient. Rooms were reasonable size with very comfy beds (Just what you need after a heavy day of sightseeing). Very near to MTR and bus stations. Local area full of shops and takeaways so you have a choice other than the hotel. Hotel provided a good breakfast and evening meal options if you want them. Not too pricey. Would recommend the superior room with harbour view.Fantastic views to sit and watch the world go by in between sight seeing. Really good value for money. Not luxiourious(wouldn't expect that for the price paid) but clean and comfortable.
Location, price overall facilities provided.
Need to improve the cleaning in the room, especially the toilet. Also the security to each floor, strongly recommended to provide key card to gain access certain floor only not every floor.
Location was good. view was excellent
Double bed was two single beds joint together, which kept coming apart as we would twist or turn.
Noisy especially during earlier morning time.
Location excellent, away from crowds yet very convenient situated close to all forms of transport. Lovely neighborhood with lovely restaurants
Standard room very small. Double bed even smaller - actually a joke. Standard room should be sold as single room
Good location, less than 3 min walk from exit 1a, northpoint station. The room is clean, small but good use of space.
The lifts are small and quite slow. The corridor is at time noisy when other travellers/ customers talk loudly.
1. Convenient location to North Point MTR 2. Restaurants and food centre within 50m from hotel 3. Friendly staff
1. Free wifi but connection keeps dropping off 2. Twin-sharing room hardly enough space to open 2 mid-sized luggages. 3. Shower caps not provided 4. Small space + strong air conditioning = stuffed noses due to dry air
Location is good
Bathroom too small
Elevator quiet slow.
Air con not cool enought
Security good . Even had a security guard downstairs. We had a minor water blockage and they moved us very quickly and with a smile. Well done to them. Handy to all transport and eating places.
More bigger bed for young kid
Rooms are tiny, there is hardly any space to walk around the room or open the suitcase!
1. Location 2. Location 3. Location
The double bed is a little bit small. So is the single bed. This could be due to the size of the room.
staff very bad service
- Hotel close to MTR - Restaurants around - Harbour view ♡ - staff have service mind
- Noise from children, they walk around in the morning and late night.
Very close to metro stop. Free wifi in rooms Clean and helpful staff
Friendly staff good wifi signal and clean room
2 Elevator to crowded
Good Location, room and toilets is very clean
Price on the upside
staff are nice, service is totally good.
noise from the neighbor room in the night.
As a frequent visitor to Hong Kong I can say that this hotel offers excellent value to the customer. I've stayed there 3 times now. The hotel itself is very efficiently run and very clean with fantastic harbour views from the rooms at the front. A strong point is location: North Point has a variety of shops and places to eat as well as an excellent daily street market which is particularly good on Sundays. Another strong point is transport: the entrance to the MTR (subway system) is just 50 metres from the hotel on the same pavement (it only takes 10 minutes to Central); there's a bus terminus across the road offering many different routes as well as a ferry terminus (you can cross directly to Kowloon side); and there's also the North Point tram terminus close by, a really fun way to see the city day and night (20-30 minutes to Central). The hotel's own restaurant provides simple good value meals including a hot/cold buffet breakfast.
I have no criticisms to offer other than mentioning that the lifts can be a bit slow at peak times, a minor inconvenience really. Obviously the rooms are smaller than people from Europe and the USA may be used to, but they are normal for the Far East and perfectly adequate and the rooms with the spectacular harbour view are well worth the slightly higher charge.
