Hôtel aillant une très bonne situation géographique dans le centre de hong kong (kowloon) et d' un excellant rapport qualité prix ! Un point négatif tous de même il y avait des travaux lors de mon séjour et entendre une perceuse a 23h30 avec la fatigue et le décalage n'est pas des plus agréable voilà! |

La situation géographique en plein coeur de Kowloon; la chambre pratique et confortable, assez calme pour Hong Kong; le personnel très agréable et serviable. La navette hôtel- aéroport avait 20 min de retard au départ de l'hôtel ce qui n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais ils devraient prévenir les usagers que cela est susceptible d'arriver et qu'il faut prévoir large. |

Bon acceuil et grande efficacité du personnel. Chambre de taille normal avec tout le confort. Très bonne situation de l'hotel sur Nathan Road. |

It is very conveniently situated - As everywhere on lower Nathan Road, the street vendors in the near vicinity to the entrance are extremely annoying. The full price is not advertised on the web-site - there is a 10% service charge added. |

Convenience place to stay but dislike those immigrants out the hotel. Dislike the room condition which is dusty and smelly. Carpet flooring is dirty. |

The Reception staff has been very accomodating on all my questions regarding locations, immediate transport, and even gave me chinese translation so its easier when we took the taxi from the hotel. |

It has the perfect location and the housekeeping staffs were all very helpful. The room is clean. We have requested for a single queen bed but 2 single beds room was given to us instead. This has cause great inconvenience to us as we have a small baby with us. Besides, we've requested for a non-smoking room but a room filled with strong cigarette smell was given to us. But it was better later because they change another room for us. However, i would think that this should not happen if the guest has put in special request. |

Nothing exceptional except the location is great. Plenty of nightlife around, so you are back from a business discussion late, there is still plenty of life and places to eat The lifts are really slow and the internet is defintely not value for money. I think it is stupid to make your guest pay HKD$120 even if they only need to get on the net for 1 or 2 hours |

Receptionist service was excellent. Room service also good. Overall pretty satisfied with hotel services. Location could not be any better for shoppers. |

the hotel staff were quite adept answering queries concerning the day rate as well as the local Hong Kong shopping areas the room smelt of cigarette smoke and the decor was not what we both expected of a hotel of this reputation but we were only transiting here for one day, so it was tolerable |
