カードーキーだった。 エアコンの掃除はされてますか？ 湿気があるので、作動させるとカビくさいです。 |

隣に換金ショップがあり朝から空いているので、便利だった。場所は駅にも近いし、ハーバーサイドも徒歩圏内- なので、九龍側を中心に行動したい人には良いと思う。 シングルルームに宿泊したが、バスルームの隣がボイラー室かリネン置き場のような感じで、音がうるさかった- 。部屋は狭いが、場所と値段を考えると悪くはないと思う。掃除は行き届いていたが、消毒臭なのか鼻をつくよ- うな独特な臭いが部屋にあって、窓があかないのでずっとバスルームの換気扇（電気をつけると自動的に付く）- を回していた。遅くにチェックインしたのもあるが、寝る前に部屋にゴキブリが出て、臭いやうるささでほとん- ど眠れなかった。しかし、場所と値段を考えると、泊まるだけと言う人には悪くないとは思う。 |

思ったよりシャワーの湯量も多く、温度調節も適度に良好。スタッフの対応も無駄なく行われていた。 空調の関係か、若干ベッド周り（シーツや掛け布団）に湿気を感じた。TVのチャンネル数が豊富だともっと良- いと思う。 |

スタッフの対応はよかった。立地条件は最高 泊まるだけならいいが、ホテルの換気が悪いのか、湿気が多く、ベッドが湿っている。 |

It is very conveniently situated - As everywhere on lower Nathan Road, the street vendors in the near vicinity to the entrance are extremely annoying. The full price is not advertised on the web-site - there is a 10% service charge added. |

Convenience place to stay but dislike those immigrants out the hotel. Dislike the room condition which is dusty and smelly. Carpet flooring is dirty. |

The Reception staff has been very accomodating on all my questions regarding locations, immediate transport, and even gave me chinese translation so its easier when we took the taxi from the hotel. |

It has the perfect location and the housekeeping staffs were all very helpful. The room is clean. We have requested for a single queen bed but 2 single beds room was given to us instead. This has cause great inconvenience to us as we have a small baby with us. Besides, we've requested for a non-smoking room but a room filled with strong cigarette smell was given to us. But it was better later because they change another room for us. However, i would think that this should not happen if the guest has put in special request. |

Nothing exceptional except the location is great. Plenty of nightlife around, so you are back from a business discussion late, there is still plenty of life and places to eat The lifts are really slow and the internet is defintely not value for money. I think it is stupid to make your guest pay HKD$120 even if they only need to get on the net for 1 or 2 hours |

Receptionist service was excellent. Room service also good. Overall pretty satisfied with hotel services. Location could not be any better for shoppers. |
