Het is een oud hotel. De kamers zijn ook oud. Ik vond hem persoonlijk relatief duur, maar de locatie is perfect. Er hing een vieze geur in het hotel en ook in de kamers. Het rook naar schimmel en naar oud. |

hulp van het personeel. hotel is verouderd en komt daarom ook niet overal schoon over. (terwijl het dat misschien wel is vanuit hygiënisch oogpunt |

postief is dat het in een druk uitgaans gebied ligt, er is veel te zien De kamers stonken erg muf !!, alle kleding stonk na 2 dagen naar de kamer, slechts een klein klep raampje kon open om te luchten. |

Prijs kwaliteitsverhouding en ligging. Internet link was veel te traag en daardoor op sommige (piek) momenten niet bruikbaar. Dit is zakelijk zeer onhandig. Skype viel volledig weg, e-mail was dan niet te ontvangen. |

It is very conveniently situated - As everywhere on lower Nathan Road, the street vendors in the near vicinity to the entrance are extremely annoying. The full price is not advertised on the web-site - there is a 10% service charge added. |

Convenience place to stay but dislike those immigrants out the hotel. Dislike the room condition which is dusty and smelly. Carpet flooring is dirty. |

The Reception staff has been very accomodating on all my questions regarding locations, immediate transport, and even gave me chinese translation so its easier when we took the taxi from the hotel. |

It has the perfect location and the housekeeping staffs were all very helpful. The room is clean. We have requested for a single queen bed but 2 single beds room was given to us instead. This has cause great inconvenience to us as we have a small baby with us. Besides, we've requested for a non-smoking room but a room filled with strong cigarette smell was given to us. But it was better later because they change another room for us. However, i would think that this should not happen if the guest has put in special request. |

Nothing exceptional except the location is great. Plenty of nightlife around, so you are back from a business discussion late, there is still plenty of life and places to eat The lifts are really slow and the internet is defintely not value for money. I think it is stupid to make your guest pay HKD$120 even if they only need to get on the net for 1 or 2 hours |

Receptionist service was excellent. Room service also good. Overall pretty satisfied with hotel services. Location could not be any better for shoppers. |

Close to shopping and public transport but that is about all, No ice were available, no restaurants we noticed there are renovations going on at the moment. |
