Hotel and bathroom facilities aged a bit
What does 'Surperior' mean? Too much expensive rate.
Great view, very nice staffs, beautiful outdoor pool &Jacuzzi and variety of breakfast. I would definitely recommend.
No AEL shuttle and no complimentary wi-fi services. Althogh I used PWCC USIM, internet connection wasn't good in the room.
the staffs are very kind and helpful, the room is very tidy an deluxe...... overall, this is the exactly one I will stay whenever being travelling......without any second thoughts!!!!!!!
Location, location. The staff were absolutely first class, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and the facilities were excellent. We will not hesitate to stay there any time we are in Hong Kong again.
Warning - there is another Intercontinental Hotel in Kowloon which does not compare. We went there initially by mistake and were very pleased that was not the hotel we had booked.
The deposite at the beginning when I checked in.
We had a 3 night stay at InterContinental and loved it great location with easy access to the MTR had a lovely harbour view suite that was amazing. Staff were attentive and very polite Overall a wonderful experience and would throughly recommend
Everything you should expect from a first class hotel. Beautiful views, Quite spacious rooms, excellent room service, great pool, and pool service.
The location is fantastic, with the harbor in front of you at eye level and the avenue of stars below, you can really take in the action and gaze out for hours. Connectivity is also good, 10m to the MTR via underground tunnels; 10m to the Star Ferry at a leisurely pace, taxis readily available. The hotel team is very service-oriented and has an excellent disposition, they exceeded our expectation even from what you'd expect at this level of hotel. One particular surprise was that after a run in the hot and muggy late morning, I was greeted with a bottle of cold water and a towels at the hotel entrance. The facilities are excellent, comfortable bed, desk, sofas; great sound proofing, very good internet connection. Well-equipped gym, great pool setting, professional spa attention. In general, very clean and up to date, everything works.
Nobu was good (for lunch), obviously, but I think they are stuck in time and have failed to get up to speed. It is what it is. Could be better. The hotel breakfast was good, I am not complaining, but it failed to surprise me - you have to consider that the experience in some hotels has really been taken up to a whole new level, and this Interconti has a bit to go still to get there, all in the "details" of course. In spite of the overall the quality of the food and the service being very good, by details I mean, for example, the assortment of fresh fruit, the muesli quality, no greek yogurt, no smoothie bar, the variety of breads could be improved, the oriental selection could be fresher... things like that.
Harbour view rooms are great
They need to sort out the seating for breakfast - big queues every morning. Also the check-in process was lengthy and disorganised.
Excellent friendly service great sized room lovely pool
Expensive to eat there
Everything, view, location, staffs, helpful, they also sent to us honey moon gift with welcome card
Breakfast not as our expectation
Excellent service, accommodation and breakfast. I enjoyed the singer in the bar at night. Exceptional pool facilities as well. Comfortable bed, high quality thread count sheets.
Harbour view and staff attitude
Meals a little expensive and therefore tended to eat out in evening
Some staff were not very friendly and did not speak English very well.
Harbor view, pool, turndown service with ice bucket fill, coffee in lobby for early risers and early checkout, good air conditioning, providing converters,
Selection at morning buffet, construction, no access to waterfront promenade, checkin very slow, small closet
I was amazed by the view from my room. Big wide windows overlooking the HK skyline. Breathtaking at day and at night
Location, views, size of room, staff, restaurants.
Restaurants are VEY expensive
We were upgraded to a junior suite and the bed was luxurious. We had a view of the harbour that was special and a spacious bathroom with separate dressing room. We dined at Nobu and really enjoyed the food which had wonderful flavours and novel combinations that made it feel special.
Access to the hotel by foot was a little difficult (particularly from the waterfront) and the beverages were expensive especially the wine!
Views, room layout, hotel facilities, friendly staff
Being charged for an upgraded room I had already booked and paid for
The location of the hotel is excellent, and the view of the harbor is wonderful. The services provided by the staff and the hotel itself were amazing! The rooms are also very spacious, and modern. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.
The pool was a bit disappointing, but other than that, the hotel was amazing!!
