The free shuttle service from the hotel to central Your staff on the reception give us the wrong information how to travel bij metro. We had our own Dutch travel book with us, so we know bij ourself the right way how to travel. I think it's not good when your own staff didn't know the right infromation! |

Nice view from 25th room, Wooden interior is very nice and warm. Bottle of evian cost too much HKD65 per Ltr. I know it was imported from France. Better provide normal crystal water HKD4. thru HKD8.sold shops near Hotel. Its not good for hotel to provide such a expense water,. The two bottles of water was normally provided free of charge at small hotel in Puhket PiPi Islands.. |

Comfortable room with lots of amenities despite the small size of the room. Internet access very good, but quite expensive. The hotel is positioned 15 minutes walk away from shops/restaurants /bars that a visitor would be interested in, but the flip side of this is that the walk towards H.K. Central takes you through a fascinating 'local' area, with food markets & specialist chinese food stores. If you don't fancy the walk, there are plenty of taxis (very cheap in H.K.) & bus services. |

We stayed twice on our way out and returning from Australia. On both occasions the reception staff gave us really good service, even when we arrived at 11pm. Both times our rooms had fantastic views of Hong Kong harbour. The Business Suite allowed us to pre-book our seats for the continuing journey and print off boarding passes. A hotel courtesy bus took us to the Hong Kong Express terminal so that we could take the train to the airport. Even a taxi only cost us $25 - just over £2. |

Staff friendly Bad location in Hong Kong. The hotel is really old and needs definetly a huge renovation especially rooms. Room size too small even for hk standard. Bathroom in the room not smelling good. Internet broadband very expensive. |

Staff very friendly and took the trouble to provide suggestions and explanation on where and how to go to certain places. Room was not yet available even though it was already 2+pm |

Efficient and helpful staff, room with a view, not so noisy. Good breakfast buffet. They charge extra for Wifi, unlike many cheaper hotels. That is an easy thing to fix at the price they charge for the rooms. Charging extra is just bad style, just like charging HK$65 for a bottle of water in the room. Bring your own. |

Good value for money. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Nice view from bedroom. Easy access to city centre by tram line near hotel. 65Hk Dollars for bottled water in room mini-bar. |

everything was up to standard, staff seemed very genuinely friendly and willing to help , even though it wasnt close to mtr, we were provided with the complimentary shuttle bus service that did come regurlary , so that was great... rooms were pretty good value for money compared to some of the other hotels out there just the pillows were really uncomfortable , too soft , and small , which made sleeping uncomfortable,probably would have been rectified if i asked for another pillow |

The hotel was modern and attractive, had a nice outdoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cost of drinks in the hotel was extortionate. HK$40 for a can of Coke!!! Location is just about OK. It is off the underground network by about a 10 - 15 minutes walk. |

Good location and fair pricing. Breakfast & internet should be also included in the price of an overnight. Bedsheets were not very clean - as if they haven't been washed correctly... |

Friendly and helpfull staff, good neighbourhood, stunning views. It is only a short bus or taxi ride away from city center. The bed was hard as a rock. The look and feel of the room was slightly old, but everything in good working order. The swimmingpool could do with an update. |

The staff were always pleasant and polite. The view from the room whilst not spectacular is nice. The rooms are far too small. Barely enough room to swing a cat, I am now in Shezhen in a room 3 times the size for less money... |

The staff were particularly helpful and pleasant. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and informal. I did not like the 10% service charge put on everything. The bar was dead, maybe they should consider a happy hour or other promotion to attract people to the bar. |
