Island Pacific Hotel  

From the airport, we could find various option to get to the hotel and we took a hotel shuttle bus service HK$140 per person. During our stay every staff offered us very kindness from the beginning to the end. The room was a bit small but had a great view of ocean. The frequent shuttle bus service to the MTR, the exhibition center, ferry and the center was wonderful!

Well, everything's very good value for the money I paid. If I am to speak,the floor carpet needs deodorization and the bentillator is too noisy as most hotels has.

Friendly staff, good location, tasty dinners, free transfer to the all main stops (Macau ferry terminal, the central station, airport station and etc).

Like the extremely thoughtfull and nice staff, the location close to the Macau ferry and the available free shuttle from the hotel, makes it the perfect stop of your traveling between destinations, have business meeting in HK

The hotel is awesome! I enjoy every single things here from the room/facilities quality till the staff services. The room was not small at all, actually look bigger than the picture. The room is cleaned every day with great care and respect to my personal belongings/privacy. They even put my soft toys on the pillows just like they are watching the TV, how cute! I know this is very fundamental standard of hotels but I really appreciated it. The staff is very friendly and helpful and efficient. Everything was handled with great professionalism and I felt my experience with the staff is super smooth. They also advised me for food places to enjoy affordable and local cuisine. In addition, free wifi is given all over the building and an additional desktop is also given in lounge area so that surfing the net was not as much painful as on my ipod. The only concern that I had with the hotel was its location. Honestly it's not really in the center, but I was fine with it once I was to know about the tram system. I did not mind but totally enjoyed taking the tram to the central area (just about 10-15 minutes). I will definitely come back to the hotel on my next trip to Hong Kong.

Very good hotel.

My stay in this hotel was very delightful and comfortable. The hotel room is decent and has a refreshing seaview which was a pleasant surprise for us. Bed is comfortable and clean. The design of the room is lovely and relaxing! In addition, the staffs in front desk were really helpful, friendly and professional!! They have high efficiency and great smile :) I am very impressed with the high-quality service in this hotel. The price is also very reasonable which makes our choice of staying in this hotel worthy. Great hotel!! i will choose it next time if im in hk again.

The only disadvantage is that the location is not in the central of hong kong. But the hotel offers the service of free shuttles which directly sends the guests to central Metro station or Ferry Terminals (to Macau or Kowloon). So it is still very convenient.

The room was very comfortable and the view was astonishing. I had a corner room looking over the water with the endless parade of busy boats.The hotel is in an older part of town and interesting for that. The local shops and restaurants are not smart but fine . The metro is a 10 minute walk and there are good restaurants around there. The tram is also just round the corner so everything is really convenient. However, I do not recommend the restaurant. It's not good and expensive. I ate breakfast in local restaurants where congee and noodles are delicious. They provide a bus to the exhibition centre which is really handy if you are working there.

The coffee and croissant were decent but very pricey.The buffet in the restaurant was very expensive and really not good.

Staff are always willing to address problems and were very helpful in helping me recover lost goods.

I feel the dinners are overpriced and clearly aimed at outside clientele, rather than hotel occupants.

Room with seaview are good one. Small swimming pool in the hotel, breakfast is very good.

Coctails in the bar are not very good:(

Everything was absolutely perfect - very helpful and friendly staff. Great views, comfortable room and very nice bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

15 minutes walk to the nearest MTR station.

A clean, friendly and well run hotel, close to good transport facilities into the city.
