Efficient and helpful staff, room with a view, not so noisy. Good breakfast buffet. They charge extra for Wifi, unlike many cheaper hotels. That is an easy thing to fix at the price they charge for the rooms. Charging extra is just bad style, just like charging HK$65 for a bottle of water in the room. Bring your own. |

Good value for money. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Nice view from bedroom. Easy access to city centre by tram line near hotel. 65Hk Dollars for bottled water in room mini-bar. |

everything was up to standard, staff seemed very genuinely friendly and willing to help , even though it wasnt close to mtr, we were provided with the complimentary shuttle bus service that did come regurlary , so that was great... rooms were pretty good value for money compared to some of the other hotels out there just the pillows were really uncomfortable , too soft , and small , which made sleeping uncomfortable,probably would have been rectified if i asked for another pillow |

The hotel was modern and attractive, had a nice outdoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cost of drinks in the hotel was extortionate. HK$40 for a can of Coke!!! Location is just about OK. It is off the underground network by about a 10 - 15 minutes walk. |

Friendly and helpfull staff, good neighbourhood, stunning views. It is only a short bus or taxi ride away from city center. The bed was hard as a rock. The look and feel of the room was slightly old, but everything in good working order. The swimmingpool could do with an update. |

The staff were always pleasant and polite. The view from the room whilst not spectacular is nice. The rooms are far too small. Barely enough room to swing a cat, I am now in Shezhen in a room 3 times the size for less money... |

The staff were particularly helpful and pleasant. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and informal. I did not like the 10% service charge put on everything. The bar was dead, maybe they should consider a happy hour or other promotion to attract people to the bar. |

We got a verry affordable price in this hoteI.I recommend this hotel for the budget travellers. The only thing I dont like in this hotel is they dont clean the bathtub during our occupancy. |

Excellent except the location. But pretty easy to access to the hotel by tram from Central. For me, I just found it the last day. Staff should have given more detailed informations of public transportations as how to access to the hotel. For example, their shuttle bus schedule, tram and its basic routes in Hong Kong Island. Especially for those who it is the first time to visit Hong Kong. They are generally very kind and tried to help their customer though. |

Very convenient location, near to the center, MTR station, TRAM and Busses. The negative comment is only about the smelling as it is standing near to the fish market (maritime products) and can not ne afforted when you are leaving the hotel. To extend the breakfast time from 10.30 to 11.00 |
