Sehr gute Lage in Wanchai, U-Bahn, Fähre und Convention Center einfach zu Fuss zu erreichen.Für die Lage tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer sehr sauber und modern.Badezimmer mit Glaswand kann durch Rollos blickdicht gemacht werden. Inkludiertes Wireless Lan funktionierte zufriedenstellend. Keine Lobby bzw. Aufenthaltsbereich, war uns aber auch nicht wichtig. |

Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet, Personal immer freundlich Hotel wollte für ein Brandloch in der Bettdecke RMB 988, wobei im Bett nicht geraucht wurde. |

Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Größe des Zimmers für chinesische Verhältnisse super Lautstärke durch die Nachbarzimmer, Lautstärke durch den Verkehr vor dem Hotel, daür kann aber das Hotel nichts! Es liegt eben zentral und nicht am Strand. |

Mitarbeiter ale sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kostenlos Tee/Kaffe, 2 Flaschen Wasser täglich, Kühlschrank, guter Safe, riesiges Bett...Klima...LCD TV, DVD Player, alles sauber...Gepäckaufbewahrung vor ein- und nach dem auschecken. Sehr zentral gelegen. Was will man mehr? gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das durchsichtige Bad, die mit Rolläden aber zugezogen werden kann. (also nur für enge Freunde und Paare geeignet ;-) |

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich; das Hotelzimmer gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Hotelzimmer war bei meiner Anreise um 14.00 Uhr noch nicht fertig. Ich wurde 1 mal um 5.30 Uhr telefonisch geweckt, obwohl ich keinen Weckruf bestellt hatte. Schwer zu finden. Im Haus sind noch 4 Gastronomische Betriebe, dadurch muss man gegen Abend lange auf den Fahrstuhl warten. |

The JJ Hotel was clean, quiet, and centrally located. The room was spacious. The bed was firm and comfortable. The was a small refrigerator and a kettle. I had a pleasant stay. |

Great price and value. Helpful staff. Huge bed! Clean decent sized room - looked v smart. Free wifi in room. IN Wan Chai so v central with lots local food options (try under the bridge for cran and Wooloonmooloo for amazing view and drinks). |

Hotel is well positioned in Wanchai. Close to metro. Plenty of eateries nearby. Can walk to Star Ferry in 10 minutes. 20 minute walk to Peak Tram terminus.Our room was spacious and modern. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good airconditioning and no outside noise. Bed was a bit firm for me but that is a personal thing. |

I've lived in Hong Kong and stayed there as a visitor on many occasions and as far as Hong Kong hotels go the rooms at the jj are huge! The bed is queen sized and the bathroom was nice and big with a walk-in shower big enough for about 8 people as well as a separate bath with a second 'over the bath' shower fitting. The rooms had a tv & dvd player, a safety deposit box, tea & coffee facilities, wireless internet access, and ample closet space. There was no ironing board & iron in the room but I asked for one and it was delivered to my room within 5 minutes. The jj Hotel is about 6 minutes walk from the Wan Chai mtr station and about 15 minutes walk from the Star Ferry and Convention Centre. Restaurants, shops and chemists are all near by. |

hotel is in a very good position in Wanchai. Staff was very kind and help to solve some problems with the wi-fi connection that is free that's very good is You are on business trip. carpet in the room was wet and not very clean. they shoould change to normal floor that give always a clean look to the room. rest all ok |

location The most terribly noisy hotel I have ever stayed.. room was on 9th floor,.. and about 8 to 10 a/con cooling towers/fans are located on 8th floor outside of the buildng which makes really really jet airplane sound for 24hours.. during the sleep I felt like I was still in the airplane.I requested to the reception to the change of the room on the opposite side, but he told me that even the other side is noisy due to the traffics..lol... so.. if anybody needs quiet and comfort room, please choose another hotels. |

The entire staff was very receptive and helpful, even the cleaning crew went all out to help us find an obscure restaurant on another island. I am very thankful for the assistance. Good service and clean rooms. The elevator was slow and tight; we can't even trasport two people and two large luggages in one trip. The carpet was seems worn. |
