J'ai bien aimé le bon rapport qualité/prix,le service professionnel et disponible,la chambre relativement grande,le grand lit,la tv et l'accès wifi gratuit.Bon emplacement en centre ville,transport proche.Calme et silencieux. La salle de bain, les toilettes et la chambre ne sont pas séparés par des murs mais par des vitres,cela nuit à l'intimité et donc au confort de la chambre. |

J'avais beaucoup de bagages et les gardiens de l'immeuble ont été adorables et m'ont bien aidée à l'arrivée et au départ de l'hôtel. Le staff de l'hôtel est très bien mais attendez-vous à l'appel désagréable dans la matinée pour vous rappeler que vous devez être partie avant midi. L'appel à 10h pour me rappeler que je dois être partie pour 12h00. |

The bathroom and the bed set are very clean, the location of the hotel is very convenient to shops and local market. The hotel is above the Machong Club, sometimes it can be noise. |

Everything was great. Extremely clean and staff were very friendly Breakfast was very limited for 45 hkd. Elevators took quite a long time. |

Room clean, safe and comfortable. Shower and toilet facilities excellent. Hotel staff helpful. Overall happy with our stay and would recommend it. Location in Wanchai not the best part of town, but okay. A little bit hard to find at first. Didn't like providing credit card details as well as paying in cash in case of possible double billing. |

The price was very reasonable, and the hotel is centrally located, only 5 minutes walk from an MTR station with plenty of local shops and restaurants. It is quite hard to find. We read a lot of reviews concerning this issue before, and therefore put even more effort into a map to try and find it. Even then, it was a little challenge. After exiting Wan Chai Exit A3 turn left and head up the Wan Chai Road. Stay on this road at the junction - cross over the traffic lights - do not follow the curve of the road. Then follow the road up - it is on the other side of the road, hidden behind scaffolding. |

Good location. Close to Wanchai nightlife and city transportation. Nicely renovated and very clean. Entrance lobby needs work. Not readily apparent from the street exactly where the hotel entrance is. |

Location is good and not having a lobby is a plus for me. I travel to HK frequently and JJ hotel feels more like an apartment than a hotel. For people who like the feeling of a lobby, doorman and conc. service etc. JJ might not be for you. My visit this time was not as good as past stays. The carpet was very dirty and the room had a foul smell. The was also mold in the shower. I hope this was just a case of this particular room needing renovation and not an example of the hotel going down hill. I will ask to see the room next time before checking in. |

Hotel was clean and close to a lot of things in central Hong Kong. I booked a double bed but were given twins beds. The type of room I booked was no longer available but no notification was given by the hotel. |
