The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help with our needs. The room amenaties were outstanding for the money. Nice large flat panel TV. Was even made very easy to hook-up my lap top to the TV. |

The hotel locations is excelent since there is a MTR Station just below the Hotel. The room's are a little small for the price. |

Central location, easy access to transport, malls etc. Friendly helpful staff, large, clean comfortable room which had recently been renovated. Free wi fi would have been useful. |

Service was extreem goed. Ook niet te.. (elk moment iemand achter je of naast je) Niet echt smaakvol ingericht (om niet te zeggen: lelijk). Teveel chroom, messing, spiegels etc. Laten we het zo zeggen: je moet ervan houden. |

Die zentrale Lage mit direktem Zugang zu Shoppingmall und MTR-Station, die exzellent geführte (neu renovierte) Executiv-Lounge mit äusserst nettem Personal, der tolle Hafenblick aus der Suite (31. Etage), Unterbringung unserer beiden Kindern im Zimmer ohne Aufpreis, der geheizte Aussenpool mit Whirlpool und Restaurant. Obwohl ein 5*Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, ist es kein wirkliches Luxushotel. Suiten mit Wohn-/Schlafzimmer sind grosszügig, normale Zimmer viel zu klein! Lobby ist sehr unterkühlt und ohne Atmosphäre. |

酒店的港景放非常棒，虽然房间面积比较小，但是布局非常合理，应该可以弥补掉小的缺陷。客房服务非常不错，- 就是酒店大堂行李房态度比较一般，Check'in速度比较慢，我们按照酒店规定下午2：00后到达，但是- 等到4：00后才拿到钥匙。 |

Très bon service. Bon restaurant. Personnel aimable. Bien situé.par rapport au centre. Chambre confortable. Au 7ème étage, belle petite piscine dans un beau cadre, avec restaurant. Chambre beaucoup trop petite. Il faut être au moins au 30ème étage pour avoir une belle vue sur le port. Air conditionné dans l'hôtel beaucoup trop froid. |
