i do love the bed.real comfy
the tv too small
The location is fantastic. Just a minute away from the MTR. Behind is temple street market. Very convenient! Staff have excellent service as well. They are very friendly and helpful. Though room is small, it is cosy.
The elevator is very very slow. Be prepared to wait longer than usual.
The bed is relatively comfortable and it's conveniently located right beside famous temple street which serves up awesome local delicacies. Less than 15 minutes walk towards the left brings us to MongKok, and to the right would bring us to Jordan.
The room with King bed was pretty small, and there was no bath-tub. And on our second check-in, we requested for twin bed, and there was a bath-tub. There was not much space to place luggage. Conclusion : King (small room), Twin (bigger room)
Great location for night shopping and abundant cheap eats with Temple Street just few steps behind the hotel and very short walk to Yau Ma Tei MTR. Money changer right by the hotel. Friendly staff at front desk.
Room was really small for twin bed (queen) so lack space for baggage. Very weak weak wifi in the room. Hot water needs long time (5 mins) to come on after tap was turned on. TV Channels very limited for a HK hotel.
Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just 1 min. walk to Yua Ma Tei MTR exit C, less than 1 min. walk to airport bus stop (A21) for outbound, inbound airport bus stop just opposite, temple street just behind.
Location - it's near the MRT station
The room has bad smell, poor housekeeping and bad quality beds. The facilities is poor and with unguarded stairway access, safety is compromised. Wi-fi doesn't work very well. Booking.com should do its job to safeguard the interest of the users.
Keeping in mind that this is a low budget room in Hong Kong, it was clean and cozy. King size bed was amazingly comfortable; bathroom was nice, clean and renovated. There's no mini-bar but there is a small fridge in the room.
WiFi didn't work unless we were sitting right next to door, which is a huge disappointment, especially if you're there on business. We didn't use TV but in case you do - it's small and old. We had hot water but had to run it for at least 5 min first - might be because we were on the 12th floor It's in the noisy area so try to get as high floor as you can.
Very near to MTR. Fast food restaurants, convenience stores and eateries are within walking distance. Service staff are nice too.
As expected from previous reviews, location was perfect. Staff were very accommodating.
The family room photo was deceiving. It was a lot smaller than what it appeared to be.
The staff were helpful, the housekeeping aunty was friendly, the place of stay is very convenient to travel around. Air con was very good & cold.
The bed was hard, pillows too flat & thin, the drain for the shower room was just a small pipe for water to flow & that the water isn't flowing if you let the tap run non stop! The toilet was smelly due to the open pipe. It was very noisy outside during the night as you can hear the buses, cars passing & people talking. Shower curtains have stains, towel are somehow broken, safe box doesn't have handle to open.
Staff was rude and unfriendly, definitely not something people would be looking forward to on a holiday. Rooms were dirty and beds were uncomfortable. In summary, the level of hospitality was zero.
The location is very ideal, close to bus stop & metro station.
Must upgrade the lift. It takes a while during peak hours to go up or down the building.
Location of the hotel. Other than that it's expensive, small and unfriendly staffs.
My flight was at 8pm so after I checked out I left my luggage with the hotel. They charged me HKD10 for each luggage which is fine with me. However, when I retrieve my luggage, my luggage tag was torn. I asked them what happened and they insist that it was torn when I handed my bag to them. When i start looking in the room which they stored my bag, I saw my tag was lying on the floor. They did not apologise even though they saw.
Only location is ok. Unicamente su situacion.
Cannot leave the luggage for free. Need to pay 10 HKD for item. Lobby very nice but room inside Very old and not enough maintanance. Dejar el equipaje cuesta 10 HKD. Lobby bonito pero las habitaciones un poco dejadas...
Place too dark
Location very convenience
Lift too slow.
Location on nathan road.
Room and bed
I like the location, the entrance is located in the side street just a corner away from the busy Nathan Road...lots of restaurants in the neighborhood and Temple stree is just one street behind. We stayed in a double size bed room, the bath room is decently big. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful in general...we have stayed there two weeks.
I wish they could change the shower curtain, the curtain rings are rusty, and do not expect the bath sheets/towels are up to the North America's standard. They are really fugal torn bed sheets are still in use...
Location Room size
No elevator Noisy hallways and slamming doors
Location is good. Just a few mins walk from the YMT MTR.
One and only lift.
Location - very convenient to/from airport and commuting around with MTR just a few minutes walk away. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful
Lift is a little too old
Location and good food within walking distance.
The staff are not making us feel like guests. Should be properly trained on how to handle requests that cannot be accommodated instead of a straight no. Essentially really poor customer service.
Very near mtr yau ma tei and A21 bus station for going to airport. Staffs are still helpful fir helping us to change the room after we got sone smoking smell room.
Room is very dirty. Carpet is full of dust. Our first room has smoking smell. Bed is verg hard with spring. Bathroom amenities has only shower gel, toothbrush and comb. No cotton buds, no shower cap. The room is dark. They charge for 10 hkd for bag deposit after check out, which shouldn't charge. No toilet in lobby.
