The location of the hotel is excellent for travel within Hongkong and also ease of access to the airport via the airport express rail service. The rooms were very small. |

Welcoming and friendly staff. The lady in your Club Lounge (her name was Moon) was wonderful. Professional and warm. Best service we have ever experienced, even in 5 star hotels. There was nothing we did not like. |

Location was very centralised, with entrance to the MTR right at the doorstep of the hotel. Staff were also fluent in english and our requests and questions were answered without any issues. Small room, but that's expected of rooms in HK. |

The position is superb. The metro stop is just outside the hotel lobby. The room was really small. Even if you can book a room with harbor view, it is just partial due to another hotel just in front of it. |

I did like the location. It was also nice that there was transportation from the airport express to the hotel for free. The room was really really small and smelled like urine. Not sure if it had been cleaned properly. Hotel was also rather old. |

The location of the hotel is very good. It is convenient as it is close to many eating places, convenient stores and MTR. It is easy to get around from the hotel. The beds of the hotel are very comfortable. We were able to sleep well. The rooms are way too small. We could not even open up the suitcase and it was inconvenient for us to look for our things. |

Centreally Located near metro station. Good for shopping and sightseeng Double bed is really 1.2 meter!!!( Room size is really less than 15 sq.meters + 3 sq.meters for toilet. Club floor have only smoking room. "express checkout" in 15 minutes. No restaurant nearby except starbucks |
