The Kowloon Hotel  

The best thing about this hotel was location. The MTR, shops, food outlet, ferry terminal, place to visit are all nearby.

The room is small, even no place to put a big luggage.

Location is great, we can go to mtr station thru the basement. Restaurants are within walking distance.

- The room is too small, no comfortable if we have big luggage.The front desk was not helpfull, we have booked 3 rooms, checked in at 3pm and argued with her to be at the same floor. But she asked to wait another hour or 2 hours if we wanted at the same floor, as we were tired and need to go to the room, finally end up with my room at 5th and other 2 rooms at 12th fl.

The cookies was a well acknowledgement of our arrival. Housekeeping services was rendered almost immediately after a phone call. The new furniture was good and design of the room matches that of the website. Location is really only 1 minute to the mtr exit/entrance.

The rooms were generally adequate, however luggage and hanging clothes space should also be considered as people mainly go hong kong to shop. Perhaps a dressing table with a mirror could be in the decor as well.

amazing location and easy access to trains buses.lobby staff were very helpful and provided good information regarding restaurants around and airport transfers.

very cramped room and hardly spacious for a family of 2 adults and 1 child.breakfast served was really boring and it was served set breakfast which means you cannot have more to eat.

I have stayed here 4 times now....why because of the Location, price for the location, service, excellent middle row bar, location to star ferry and proximity to beaumonte wong tailor sand building hankow road and nathan road is super!!

Rooms a little on the small side

It is strategical located in the middle of all the action and communication, nice breakfast Buffett, help to do sightseeing from the concierge, friendly front desk and housekeeping personal, I would definitely stay here again

No pool, neither gym facilities however the worst was that they charge you for Internet connection and many other hotels in Kowloon, around Hong Kong and many places in the world do not charge for Internet.

The location only....the MTR station is just infront of the hotel entrance.

I think the room is quite small....compare with the price.and the room service is very slow when cleaning up the room. I went shoping at 8 in d morning and i turn the "please clean up" sign...when i got back at 6 in d afternoon,my room is not ready yet.they just started cleaning so i have to wait.

The location is superb very near to mtr & ferry station. And not forgetting Canton Road ! Very helpful & knowledgeable staff ( Ms May ) for arranging our day tour. Rooms are rather small but very clean & good housekeeping staff too !

We only stayed one night just to get a flavour of Hong Kong. The hotel was recommended by people who know Hong Kong well and it definately lived up to their recommendation. The room was comfortable to staff very friendly and helpful and we felt very relaxed.
