I have been to hk for several times and stayed at many hotel but none can compare to this hotel with its superb service in all area! During my recent stay,I had ordered wrong dishes from Room Service and told them so that I cannot eat as I am a muslim, they cancelled the order that I have made without charging me and even have the courtesy of offering me a bowl of plain steam rice which is far... Room size is very small no matter what type of room that you choose to stay in ( Superior/Deluxe/Executive/Executive Floor). |

The tours, a variety of tours are availabla and pick up from the lobby. Rooms are too small. Internet is not good enough. Staff are too busy to be helpful enough or friendly enough. |

The hotel was located on the Chinese side of HK which I believe had more character than HK island, which is only a short ferry ride away.. rooms are very small |

location was good The way we where approached at reception when we checked in!It started fine as you would expect at a hotel such as Kowloon Hotel but then left there half way through checking in,,,taken over by a female who then goes and tells us that we had a room with only two singles beds when at the time we made our booking ,6 weeks prior, we had requested a double bed,,very very poor the way it was handled... |

Location was very good. Next to underground entrance, boat pier, buses. Easy to access and in the middle of the shopping area. Very clean, nice staff (helpful). Nice restaurant and bar (although pricey) The rooms were far too small for the category of the hotel. |
