I thought the rooms were very small, but well equipped.. The beds were wonderful to sleep in, and the hotel was in a great position to get the MTR. Rooms very small and a bit over priced for what you got. |

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is very centrally located and has most services required by a business traveller. It doesn't have a fitness club and it costs 120 HK dollars for a pass (per visit) to the nearby YMCA |

Yes, definitely! I can walk to the Pier, see the the Clock Tower and enjoy A Symphony of Lights. Behind my hotel is the streets full of nice food like Wing Wah Cafe, Liang Liang Che Chai Mee, Macau Cafe. |

The location was excellent, an mtr exit right outside the hotel, and right in the heart of tst The additional $7000 hkd deposit (almost double the total amount of the stay) they wanted to cover any Mini Bar or Pay Movie expenses, $1000 HKD/Day is absolutely insane. However you can convince them to not take a deposit by paying for the room in full up front, and not having Mini Bar or Pay Movie facility's (which suited me fine) |

I like the location, the bed, the bedsheet and the bedcover and that they were able to lend me a wheelchair for free to use. I just think the bathroom particularly the toilet bowl and bathtub can be cleaner if they really clean it well. our toilet bowl has a yellow stain and the bathtub is dirty, when i run water on it, it was cleaner a little so meaning they really didn't clean the room and bathroom. If they make it cleaner, i could say it is a perfect hotel already. The size of room really doesnt matter to me, only the cleanliness really matters |

The Hotel was located within a distance of a 1 min walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station which made shopping very convenient. As soon as you exit the MTR station (providing you get out at the correct exit) it is really only a minute walk to the hotel. It is also located behind the luxury Peninsula Hotel well worth the visit for it's spectacular interior design. The Kowloon Hotel is only a 5 min walk to the Star Ferry terminal and the Harbour City Shopping centre. The hotel staff were also very helpful with my requests. For the price and location, i would definitely recommend this hotel. The Hotel room was much smaller than the displayed photos in the gallery. But for the price and location, this is only a minor matter. |

The efficiency of reception staff, whatever the request. Rapid response to any difficulty or need. In particular, the hotel manager's response when I left my wallet in a taxi - staff recovered the wallet, intact, within two hours, having informed the police and reassured me of their best efforts. The hotel is ideally placed for access to many sites of interest to a tourist and offers a really good service. Rather small rooms - not so much of a problem, but somewhat cramped |

The cleaning staff and info staff were helpful and nice. The location was very good, which was more important to us. The fact that we had to split the family between 2 floors was not agreeable. The front staff, except for the morning info staff on Saturday the 16th and pm info staff on Sunday, could be more friendly. A smile would really go a long way. |

The staff were service oriented. Most people are just doing their job because it is their job. I found the staff willing and able to assist. |

It's a centrally located hotel in one of the main shopping and entertainment areas that offers a good value for money ratio and friendly staff. As usual in Hong Kong, rooms are pretty small (about half the size one would expect in other cities). |

On arrival at the Hotel after a long flight I was quite sick. The staff were fantastic, they organized a taxi to take me to hospital. Back at the hotel they checked on me several times. Also a large basket of fruit was sent to my room to aid my recovery from a very caring staff member named Carol. It is definately the staff that make this hotel and I look forward to staying again in the future. |

It's located in the heart of the shopping district in Kowloon, walking distance to all major designer brands, very convenient location. they charge a $120HK fee for internet, you would think for such a high end hotel, internet should be free. |
