The location itself was superb and very strategic. Right in the downtown of tst. And with a very affordable price too. Is a good location for business. Shopping. N leisure.

Shoud provide free wifi access instead of charging the guest.

The rooms are tiny with tiny, lumpy beds, 1 chair per room.The hotel furnishings are old and grubby. The Club Room is very small and overcrowded. The entire hotel has an air of sleaziness about it. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. I could not give it any star. We had booked for 5 nights but left after 30 minutes and paid the $351 cancellation fee. I would suggest that booking.com have another look at it. I am sure, the hotel will loose its 4 star rating.

The location is great. It is linked to the MTR and only 10 minute walk to the Star Ferry. the rooms are small but comfortable, modern and clean The Harbour club is good value and worth adding on.

MTR at the hotel and around the area. Easy going to places for shopping and many restaurants near by. Free transport to Kowloon Station. Short distance to Avenue of Stars and many more.

The hotel room is a bit small. The hotel does not have the sign board at the main entrance so you do not know the hotel name.

The staff really were excellent. I liked that I could check out on the 17th floor where I stayed and the snacks/drinks in the lounge were great! Breakfast was perfect and the location is fantastic.

Nowadays, Hot Spot or internet access is a must and too bad, the Hotel still charges as a separate item for internet access. It would have been a plus for travelers to have it included for convenience.

It was clean

Room was cramped and lacking, it was small, their version of aa suite is a joke, the bed was solid and small, the "view" whilst of the harbour mainly had an other hotel in the view and a lot of telecoms equipment and satelittes.

I was very impressed with the Kowloon Hotel, I had read some negative comments and also that it was outdated, however I still chose to stay due to the great central location... And it is an excellent location. On first appearance the entrance to hotel from the road was very grand. The decor in the hotel was very nice. Service from all staff was excellent especially the young men that welcome you when you arrive and the women that cleaned the rooms (they gave me extra coffee & milk for my room). We didn't eat there so I can't comment on the restaurant. Also the beds are very comfortable!

I liked everything there and would stay there again. The only 2 negative things are 1) it is slightly over priced and 2) the rooms are quite small - but hey there is so much exploring to do you only shower & sleep in your room.

1. Great location. Very convenient for metro and the ferries and various restaurants and bars. 2. Free shuttle bus from the Kowloon Train station (Airport Express). 3. Good clean rooms with a comfortable bed.

1. Expensive internet access. If I was on business, this would have been a deal breaker. 2. The Queen sized bed was actually a double sized bed. Whilst I acknowledge that small rooms may make a Queen sized bed difficult.

Room size was tiny, only two drawers, and four hangers. It was a one man room. tub drain stopped up and didn't get repaired. Hall was not clean. WIFI was excessive by the instrument. The free computer in the lobby was only if one bought a drink. This place was cheap.

Location is great. Right next to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR (there's even a direct entrance from the hotel to the underground station). Really close to Star ferry, and all the stores on Nathan Road. We took the Airport Express train from the airport to Kowloon station and took the free shuttle bus from the station to the hotel.
