They do not change sheets everyday even if the notice for green environment is not put on the bed

the room is too small. it only has room for one bed. the TV has to sit on the desk. It's very hard to watch from bed. (not the right angle)

Convenient location that's close to the train station.

Room too small. Hotel lobby didnt have enough seats. Laundry service comes comes knocking at the door too early in the morning!

The way we where approached at reception when we checked in!It started fine as you would expect at a hotel such as Kowloon Hotel but then left there half way through checking in,,,taken over by a female who then goes and tells us that we had a room with only two singles beds when at the time we made our booking ,6 weeks prior, we had requested a double bed,,very very poor the way it was handled...
