I loved the location of the hotel and the found the rooms to be good value for money witha lovely oriental twist. The breakfast wasn't amazing for the price. |

The interior decor of fusion Chinese elements is a unique and creative touch. The location is excellent which is why I stay there quite often- walking distance to Central in 10 mins by foot (shops and MTR), in the middle of Soho and close to bars and clubs as well as Lan Kwai Fong district. No wireless in some rooms, wireless is not free, no free bottled water, require better quality toilettries. My last stay I found my television, Ipod dock and fridge was not working. I called reception to inform them but because of their poor English I don't think they understood. Quality customer service varies. Cleaning staff early Saturday morning made a rucous because room doors are not sound proof. |

Great location. Initially given a smaller room than described on Booking.com. When complained I was told that I had already been upgraded. Had to get laptop out and show them the room I had booked before they moved me to the correct room type. |

The design of the hotel is quaint, original and comfortable. The room is a little small but designed well enough to be unnoticeable. The staff are helpful but quality of service is inconsistent as sometimes you get a not so courteous fellow once in a while. Only disappointment was they were tight with courtesy bottled water that I usually get with other hk hotels and wireless internet is not available. |

Excellent value for money in a place of expensive hotels. Extremely well placed. Very helpful staff. I will definitely stay here in future trips to Hong Kong. |

This hotel is in a great location - very accessible to shops and bars. The hotel room itself is very small for the price but this is typical of most hotels in Hong Kong. |

Although the rooms were compact, such a minor inconvenience was outweighed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the chinese decor throughout the hotel and the central location in a non-touristy area of Hong Kong. |

Close to most atraccions in Hong kong. Size of the room was reasonable although we had to pay extra. We had reserved 6 days and had to return 3 days in advance, no charges for it. Too expensive, not a boutique hotel, just an average hotel. Not a nice neighbourhood, the narrow streets around smell very bad, like most of the city. |

Lan Kwai Fong is very close to almost anything : the metro, the piers to take a boat, the little streets as well as the big avenues,... Excellent place tot start when you want to discover the city. |

The hotel is true to it's word, as a boutique hotel. Would rank it as a 4 star hotel. Interesting area for location and close to transportation and interesting walking sites. The room was small, but I was prepared. It was enough for one and one wall was windows so as to give a bigger feeling. |
