your all hotel staff including Reception , Cleaning, Laundry , Operator etc etc are vary good, friendly and polite. Your mini bar charges are very high, you may charge actual price with a nominal profit that the customer prefer to use mini bar ,not to go out side the hotes ,and buy the food, water, drinks. speceialy water, if u don't surve water comlementry charge actual price so can afford by the guest , because the water is the necessity of the life . |

The hotelrooms have a nice design, I stayed in a premium room with city view. Greate view of city and a glimps of the harbour and Expo center. Walking distanse to some shopping and Lan Kwai Fong bar area. Everything looked clean and well maintained/new. Will definetly consider staying here again on my next visit. A bit expensive. The rooms are a bit small, but this is Hong Kong. But i guess with two people and to luggage trunks, it would be difficult to stowe away the clothes and bags. |

Modern and nicely decorated. Also friendly and helpfull staff. Room was not big but very tastfull set up. We were on the 23rd floor and exciting view (city side) directly looking directly into all the sky scrapers and down on the streets. Metro very closeby and only one stop away from Airport express train. Hotel also directly in nice (art and antiques) shopping area Hollywood road, Queen's Road and Des Voeux Road. Yes, the additional service fee you have to pay. I really hate -and am still quite pissed off- that we booked a room for a clear amount when booking on the internet. But when getting the bill on your check out than you have to pay an extra 10%. That is absolutely not appropriate because you should just pay the exact price as for which you gave a final go when booking your room at the inetrent (unless of course you take extra services or things at your stay). |

the location in hart of HK island is fabulous and could not be any better. the room we stayed in could not be any smaller for 2 adults. The bathroom is claustrophobic and there is absolutely no space to move around. A hotel of this category should reconsider their floor-planning! |

I've stayed with my friends in Lan Kwai Fong Hotel for a second time. I like it cause it's new, with new modern design and english speaking friendly staff. And of course, after we go shopping we could return to put our bags and than go for a dinner to soho and for a drink to Lan kwai fong without any taxi. It was also nice to see that in spite of problems with my credit card on the booking time, they didn't cancel my reservation. |

I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is nice and trendy. It's small, however such are all hotels in Hong Kong. My room was not completely clean at arrival, after complaining this was cleaned. Also, my Internet connection was terrible. I got a refund for this service. I would not recommend this hotel to business travellers, as they are not equiped with proper Internet and they asked me to speak directly t their ISP. Not a business hotel, pnly a hotel for tourists. |

The hotel was very clean and situated in a great area for the metro, shopping and nightlife. The hotel did not have a bar/restaurant which would have been nice. |

Great location, close to bars, restaurants and boutique shops. Clean, upmarket and stylish without being over priced or over the top. Rooms are tiny! Average for Hong Kong though. My husband had to move sideways through the bathroom door. |

the location is very good, and staff are efficient and polite rooms are very small. i was surprised to be charged by an extra of 10%, may be it is legitimate, but to te best of my memory, it was not reminded in the terms of booking. |

The interior decor of fusion Chinese elements is a unique and creative touch. The location is excellent which is why I stay there quite often- walking distance to Central in 10 mins by foot (shops and MTR), in the middle of Soho and close to bars and clubs as well as Lan Kwai Fong district. No wireless in some rooms, wireless is not free, no free bottled water, require better quality toilettries. My last stay I found my television, Ipod dock and fridge was not working. I called reception to inform them but because of their poor English I don't think they understood. Quality customer service varies. Cleaning staff early Saturday morning made a rucous because room doors are not sound proof. |

Great location. Initially given a smaller room than described on Booking.com. When complained I was told that I had already been upgraded. Had to get laptop out and show them the room I had booked before they moved me to the correct room type. |

The design of the hotel is quaint, original and comfortable. The room is a little small but designed well enough to be unnoticeable. The staff are helpful but quality of service is inconsistent as sometimes you get a not so courteous fellow once in a while. Only disappointment was they were tight with courtesy bottled water that I usually get with other hk hotels and wireless internet is not available. |

Excellent value for money in a place of expensive hotels. Extremely well placed. Very helpful staff. I will definitely stay here in future trips to Hong Kong. |
