The design of the hotel is quaint, original and comfortable. The room is a little small but designed well enough to be unnoticeable. The staff are helpful but quality of service is inconsistent as sometimes you get a not so courteous fellow once in a while.

Only disappointment was they were tight with courtesy bottled water that I usually get with other hk hotels and wireless internet is not available.

This hotel is in a great location - very accessible to shops and bars.

The hotel room itself is very small for the price but this is typical of most hotels in Hong Kong.

The rooms were really nicely decorated, great showers! It was in a great location, close to loads of bars and restaurants.

Close to most atraccions in Hong kong. Size of the room was reasonable although we had to pay extra. We had reserved 6 days and had to return 3 days in advance, no charges for it.

Too expensive, not a boutique hotel, just an average hotel. Not a nice neighbourhood, the narrow streets around smell very bad, like most of the city.

The hotel is true to it's word, as a boutique hotel. Would rank it as a 4 star hotel. Interesting area for location and close to transportation and interesting walking sites.

The room was small, but I was prepared. It was enough for one and one wall was windows so as to give a bigger feeling.

Clean hotel. Pleasant staff. Central location.

View from room was not as clear as advertised. Restaurant was dire.
