Super small n tiny space, even smaller than some hostels.
Good location, clean and comparatively new compared to other hotels in the same area
very very small bathroom
It's easy to find some local food
I booked non smoking room and the floor is non smoking but I still smelled smoke all night long. I called to the front desk and he told me he couldn't do nothing about it.
- free wifi (though quite slow) - location - good shower
- AC is very noisy - no coffee in the room (only tea)
Location. The hotel is a bit far from MTR station which is quite inconvenient for me.
-Housekeeping clean the room everyday
- tiny room
Hotel room clean.
The room was smaller than anything I have ever seen for a really expensive price. I was traveling with my girlfriend and we were playing a kind of tetris on the room(between me and the luggage) so we can open the door of the WC. The next day they change our room for a bigger one, however, I paid 1 day in an uncomfortable place. My reservation showed a bigger room...I gues I was a marketing victim.
charge for water bottle is extra ordinary for hongkong hotels.
Clean and smell nice
Sound proof not very good, can hear people walking or talking outside the room
It's a bit far from MTR station
This hotel is good for the bachelors only, poor location, lousy rooms & poor facilities. Shouldn't be recommended to any one at all.
Tiny room, bad location.
Free Wi-Fi, comfortable location, very clean
Small room even by Hong Kong standard
WIFI really bad.
Overall the Hotel is good because it is new. Everything is clean. Location is good.
Room and bathroom are a bit small.
location far from MTR exit
Renovation was going on during the stay but I was not informed about that. That disturbed my rest and sleep. The staff said renovation would stop on 1.7.14 but continued until I left. That was not good service.
I prefer the price
The room is too small
Location okey, 7-8min to subway, nice staff
Room was much smaller than photos on booking.com, and building work all morning/afternoon make my stay a bit annoying
Not a lot frankly we was asked to move room for maintanance at 10.30 in the evening having been in our room for over one week of two poor communication then to end our stay we was locked out of our room having paid for extended hours . Not happy at all . Would not recommend to anybody
Everything as above
Staff promised to provide iron and iron board upon request. After several requests and promises no iron were to be seen. Another was due to swiping credit card for payment. Staff was rude as they suspect my card was out of credit limit.
The desk clerk, Fox, was willing to learn Western standards and accommodate his guests. He tries very hard to assist customers within the realm of his training and hotel policy. The hotel is close to the Ladies market, full of restaurants and night shopping activities. The subway and bus system is easy to use and traverses Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the beaches. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel has not achieved Western standards, and is expensive. There is an additional 10% surcharge upon checking in, listed in the fine print on booking.com. The bathroom was the size of a child's closet, and the room barely big enough to accommodate luggage without creating a tripping hazard. There is no restaurant, snack shop, or coffee shop in the lobby at present. Very few English speaking television channels are available for travelers. No breakfast came with the overpriced room. The hotel is located two city blocks from the subway, which makes for a warm walk in the middle of summer. Furthermore, the subway closes at approximately midnight. This closure forces guests to utilize expensive taxis to experience the Hong Kong or Kowloon nightlife. The manager was extremely rigid and does not promote a feeling of hospitality.
The hotel room is small (in term of size) but it's clean and it has everything you need in a room.
The staffs were pretty unfriendly and not helpful. The location is pretty secluded so you will need a cab to get about.
