The hotel is very close to the metro. It may be a little confusing finding the metro, but it is close. The wifi was good and the rooms of average size for a cheap Hong Kong hotel.
We were not able to check in till 2PM. The hotel stored our luggage until then, but it was still very annoying to have to wait that late.
Location nearby mtr and 5mins walk to bus stop. Nearby shopping areas.
The room is too small.
- The manager and the cleaning staff members were friendly. - The room was very clean.
- Single room 109 measures 2 metres per 2 metres and a half; the single bed measures 1.90 per 1 metre and the desk/night table mesures 0.40 per 0.90 metres - the surface of the room that is not occupied by the desk and the bed measures 0.85 per 2.05 metres, that is the area to sit on the stool, open the bathroom door and the corridor door, store your luggage and stroll around. There isn't a wardrobe or a closet because the room is so small and you need to keep your clothes in your suitcase; there is a small hanger where you can hang a coat and a shirt but if you have clothes hanging from the hanger you cannot see the television screen completely; the room is so small that I had to ask some friends in Hong Kong to keep my second suitcase and my purchases in their house. - Someone should tell the young reception staff members that greeting back and smiling when someone says "Hi!" is part of their job. - At a cost of over 70 Euros per night without breakfast this is poor value. - Room 109 is next to the lift and you can hear the lift bell ring all night long.
Noisy because room partitions maybe too thin
The location is quite near the subway, it's just a distance away, and easy to find. Not far from the hotel, you can find a traditional market selling various of goods. The wifi is great.
I stay in winter, so the weather is quite chill for me, but the has no heater, it has air conditioner only, so even you turn it off, the room is still freezing
Was a very good option considering our budget.
Some noises during the night and mornings.
Loved the location and cleanliness. It is not located "where the action is" which is what we wanted for 3 nights. It is definitely "Hong Kong size" but it's also what we paid for. Very clean, friendly, excellent wifi. Safe streets, good walk to metro, good food around. Great place.
Surrounded by restos, market etc
Quite far from mtr station
Great price for Hotel in Prince Edward just 10 min lazy walk from MTR.
Professional and helpful staff. Good facilities.
The room and bathroom are quite small.
The helpfulness, friendliness, cheerfulness of the reception staff and the lady cleaners.
The room is too small, hardly any space to move around.
Don't come here! They ban and block everything. Even McDonald have better wifi.
Staff were really great. Rooms were clean. Good location. Just hard to find.
Wifi was really bad in the room. Couldn't access email. Could have used more tourism info at the front desk. Room was really small so that wasn't well advertised.
I like the room of hotel is very comfortable and the reception. ..
Powerful sewing for shower as well as powerful air-conditioner. Brilliantly perfect facilities to endure Hong Kong's hot weather.
Tremendously tiny room. If you are big and fat will be likely needed to avoid.
Super small n tiny space, even smaller than some hostels.
Good location, clean and comparatively new compared to other hotels in the same area
very very small bathroom
It's easy to find some local food
I booked non smoking room and the floor is non smoking but I still smelled smoke all night long. I called to the front desk and he told me he couldn't do nothing about it.
- free wifi (though quite slow) - location - good shower
- AC is very noisy - no coffee in the room (only tea)
Location. The hotel is a bit far from MTR station which is quite inconvenient for me.
-Housekeeping clean the room everyday
- tiny room
Hotel room clean.
The room was smaller than anything I have ever seen for a really expensive price. I was traveling with my girlfriend and we were playing a kind of tetris on the room(between me and the luggage) so we can open the door of the WC. The next day they change our room for a bigger one, however, I paid 1 day in an uncomfortable place. My reservation showed a bigger room...I gues I was a marketing victim.
charge for water bottle is extra ordinary for hongkong hotels.
Clean and smell nice
Sound proof not very good, can hear people walking or talking outside the room
