The duty manager was rude and insisted that we pay for our stay during check-in, although they had already withdrawn the deposit 2 days before from my credit card. Also, the furniture seemed old and the rooms need to be renovated. Housekeeping was poor, we had to clean our coffee cups and coasters twice to get stains off. They ask if we want to change the bed sheets and we always do but they only changed them once in 7 nights!! We noticed that from the stains on the sheets. The boiler wouldn't work unless you fill it up with water. And the pool was tiny and dull to be honest, nothing special!
