Camere belle e spaziose: camera Grand 28mq. Bagno spazioso con doccia e vasca. Anche scrivania cristallo. Materasso fantastico. Tutto molto confortevole e pulitissimo. Buona l'insonorizzazione della camera anche se c'era un lieve sottofondo. Nessuna vista. Non hanno dato l'upgrade da un lato per il week end di fine agosto dall'altro perchè siamo arrivati all'una di notte. Bellissima hall. L'entrata metropolitana di fronte all'albergo, poi sotto si deve camminare per 5 minuti. A due passi da Nathan road e dal molo degli Star ferry. Ci tornerei senz'altro.

I thought it was a lovely hotel, with good facilities and wonderful staff who went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were comfortable and it was in a great position for sightseeing in Hong Kong. The restaurants were very expensive, but this is true of most hotels and the buffet and breakfast were very good.

The staff were the best mannered, most attentive and respectful people I have ever met. If management have staff meetings it would be good to relay that to them. I was ashamed to be English in comparison.

The hotel is strategically located in Kowloon--very near the shopping centres and the DFS store is just below the hotel. The subway is also just across the building. The rooms and the bathrooms of the hotel are very nice and very clean. Most of the staff are very polite--especially the cleaners. Complementary fruits and chocolates are replenished everyday. My family and I will definitely stay at The Langham Hotel whenever we are in Hong Kong.

Great location Price of internet in the room is not funny, I paid for 2 days 60$, this is redicilus. Plus they dont have WIFI, so you can not use your lap tom in bad

I liked the convenience and location of the hotel close to Tsimtshatui mtr and also Airport Express bus, especially over the New Years period. The hotel breakfast was great at the Langham and provided daily variety to sample. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Staff were first class, location perfect and price is fair. One of the best Executive Clubs I have experienced. Room and housekeeping service fast and friendly. Last of the 'Old World Charm' hotels left. Not too big and busy. Air conditioning was noisy and inefficient.

Convinient location, close to public trnsport mtr and the Star Ferry. A lot of restaurants and fst food options around and shopping malls. Breakfast served was excellent, with a lot of choice. Clean room, lot of space... The other hotel, The Langham Place is more modern, excellent srevice and has great views. Just a bit further in Kowloon... There is no view from the hotel since it is quite low. After arriving from a long flight at 3pm ur room was not ready for 4h more, had to wait and wonder in town.

It's a nice hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has many choices. It'sa good location for people like shopping. We will stay this hotel again if we visit Hong Kong next time.
