The Langham Hong Kong    

A lovely clean room in an excellent location. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Friendly helpful staff. Free Internet in my room for all 3 devices was handy. Breakfast was ok but a little expensive.

The small window in the room but the lighting was good. Not enough information. The bottled water was free but I wasn't sure at first.

The Bostonian restaurant food was fantastic....ate there two nights running as so good. Staff really helpful and hotel right in the middle of the shopping district.

The Location, The Maitre'd of the Bostonian, only member of staff who appeared interested in the customers, the housekeeping staff were friendly and did a great job. Restaurant food was good.

The bar was not separated enough from reception so it was not a good area to relax too much hustle and bustle. Reception staff not at all warm or welcoming.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else in HK but the Langham. It's an oasis in the chaos and trafic of the city! Great Langham Club on the 11th Fl. All Staff offers an impeccable service!

The bathrooms are OK but need a renovation after all these years!!

One day/evening, the downstairs bar and lounge were closed to guests due to a private party. Very poor!

I asked for a quiet room and was given one on the noisy side overlooking a busy road, and right by the lift

Some staff seems not very friendly to people from mainland China, when I speak Mandrian, two ladies seems not so patient to explain my questions about card issues for payment. It is like u have to speak English to get better service, which is very weird

The hotel room was really nice and the staff were amazing especially the bell boys, they work so hard and you know they earn buttons The whole experience was a pleasure, from the shuttle bus to the airport to the actual stay and the return shuttle back to the airport terminal.

We stayed in Langham club room.Everything was perfect.Check in-out was very fast,room was clean,good food and service.The location is in the middle of business and shopping.We will stay here again soon.

One must only go there as they are over welcome . V good .

Rooms a little dated decor wise

Convenient location, very close to the subway and ferry and heaps of shopping. Excellent service. Good fitness facilities with weight machines and multiple cardio machines. Lots of free bottled water.

The location of this hotel is excellent, especially for people loving shopping.

The lobby is kind of noisy. It seems alway so many people hanging around in the lobby.

The lobby is nicely designed and lightly scented with a smell of fresh floral. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has a tub and shower. The shower is roomy and the water pressure is strong. The hotel is close to the Star Ferry pier, Ocean Centre, and subway station. The hotel staff is very friendly and the restaurant staff is very attentive. We had a nice stay.

I always stay here when transiting through Hong Kong. It is a very comfortable hotel and has everything a business traveller needs. Excellent breakfast.
