comfort bed and pillow. nice location connected direct to shopping mall. We request a king size bed but on arrivel is only a double bed, the bed is really small. |

Great facilities, Lovely Club Lounge, very helpful and attentive staff (there when needed and invisible when not), fantastic roof top pool and bar. Minor point of not having a "package buy" for all movie and internet services, Must purchase movies one by one. |

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I requested for non smoking floor but the room smelled like cigarettes and it was dampening on our spirit! |

The room is very quiet and clean. I very much appreciated with the two bottles of cold water in the room when came from such hot weather outside, it is very dlightful. Thank you for the water, It makes the stay much more pleasant. only the thing I didn't like is the thick down duvet for the summer weather. besides, I'm allergy to the feathers, and they are no alternatives. |
