Langham Place, Mongkok

Hervorragende Lage als "Basis" für Ausflüge in ganz Hong Kong. Die Zimmer sind wertig eingerichtet ujnd haben alle erforderlichen Facilities, um nach anstrengender Tagestour wieder Kraft zu schöpfen. Die Club-Lounge ist eine Annehmlichkeit, die den komfortablen Aufenthalt im Langham abrundet.

Der Sauna-Bereich hat leider keinen "Ruhebereich", in dem man sich mal für ein paar Minuten setzen, geschweige denn hinlegen könnte; hier tönt nur eine einzige Musik, die Tag ein Tag aus unerbittlich dudelt.

The location was excellent, the room on 16th floor was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the happy hour at the bar which made the drinks more affordable.

fabulous location and great staff

I had requested a double non smoking room however we were 1st put in a smoking room which had been sprayed. Unfortunately the smoke smell was very strong and the hotel kindly moved us to another room without fuss.

I have never seen better staff at any hotel in the world. Seriously. From walking in the door Kenny (I am not sure that that is his name but he studied in Switzerland) was unable to offer us a room but organized for us to go to a good Dim Sum. All the other staff were of the highest caliber.

These are only small things but they are annoying:' The blind over the bath had large amounts of mould. The "MY" pamphlets were not helpful The TV remote is very hard to use The avatar on arrival is not helpful and annoying

The location as it was so easy (and quick) to get to all areas in Hong Kong via the MTR but you were also in the middle of the 'real" Hong Kong. The Langham Place shopping mall situated beside the hotel was also excellent.

The staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent.

Some of the costs were ridiculous, I had some clothes washed and the bill came out to be over $100!

The staff are very friendly specially the concierge they are very helpful and knowledgeable. The hostesses are great and the overall artistic ambiance of the hotel is very positive. The connection with the mall is very convenient and the location is a 2 minute walk to Nathan road. Very lively and very safe. Pleasure staying there.

The rooms are very small. Suitable for single beds but twins are not fit for this room. The twin beds are too close to each other also due to the small size of the room. The club floor is not worth it, the food and beverages offered are not great and the place is small with uncomfortable seats.

Excellent hotel, and very good value for Hong Kong. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lovely room and pool. Good location as although Mongkok is more of a residential area it is possible to get to the underground without even going outside from which you can get to anywhere in Hong Kong very easily.

Wonderful location in bustling and authentic Mong Kok, the perfect antidote to glitzy Hong Kong Island. Superb views over Hong Kong from upper floors. Excellent pool and gym facilities. Hotel has a young and buzzy vibe.

Beds were uncomfortable, too hard. Rooms were on the small side (we booked a Vital Place room). No DVD's available at the reception. Bland design in rooms and corridors.

It is a beautiful hotel - gorgeous pool, spa and gym facilities and a lovely room. There is a great restuarant (Ming Court) and the staff were very helpful.

The carpet in the room was musty, old and needed a good steam clean (or replacement!) That, and the fact that the bathroom needed an additional hook to hang towels, were the only things I could possible fault about this hotel.
