Room a little bit small for an occidental person but really confortable

The rooms is clean and wonderful. Ample space for both of us. The staffs are really friendly and they are willing to take time to listen and look up on the web if required for any information that we need. The male staff took time to introduce the fine Chinese restaurant in the hotel which have 2 Michelin stars. He noted that we prefer a cheaper alternatives and introduce two restaurants that is near to the hotel which we felt fitted our expectation of quality and costs.

The pricing of the room is more expensive than regular hotels rooms.

Concierge repeatedly tried to direct us to the most expensive restaurants, when there was a huge selection of reasonably priced restaurants within 2 minutes walk.

Noisy reception

The lobby area and the restaurant remain quite appealing.

When I arrived they ahd not taken into account any of my persoanl request I made. After quite an argument I did get a smaopking room. The hotel is looking rather tired. The carpets badly need replacing even in the hotel corridors.

The staff was great. They provided my son a set of toiletries for free and a very cofortable cot. They have a grat concierge staff and can help I with anything u want just dial 0 and you get what ever y want. The location is nice near to shops. Easy access to the shopping mall. They also provide a shuttle to the airport cost 140 hkd.

Rooms are small. If u stay in the floors from 26 and below u will need to use 2 elevators. Breakfast was not included in the price.

Excellent location, excellent facilities, excellent service. Rooms have marvelous view of the city, clean and under Hongkong standards really spacious.

Work of WiFi was questionable - the first day excellent speed, but the second being just mediocre. Price - being still good for the luxurious status of the hotel and the city, just growing over the period.

Your staff is second to none. The hotel is clean and the room was quite nice. The restaurant was excellent experience.

Close to too many facilities, such as shopping centers, underground transpiration and attraction places.

The smallness ofthe room. I was with my wife and son and I regreted not having a larger room.

Everything came up to my expections. Stuff was extremely attentive and helpful. Any request was promptly fulfilled. Nice fragrance over the hotel. MTR station makes travelling around the city easy.

Very friendly, attentive and efficient staff. Love the special coffee pods provided in the rooms besides the regular coffee and tea. Unique service of providing guest with iPhone for local calls and internet use. Very convenient link to the mall next door for food and shopping.

Bathroom fittings not very user-friendly. Hardly any sitting areas in lobby for brief meeting with friends or to rest awhile.

Concierge on leaving was not very helpful with arranging a taxi for 4 people. He tried to insist we take 2 taxis when clearly we could all fit into one.

The staffs are very attentive and friendly. Location is great. The hotel is in the middle of old & traditional Hong Kong and the modern Hong Kong.

Only one minor issue. The time we requested for transfer from Hotel & airport was mistaken. Fortunately, it was rectified before departure.
