Todo perfecto. Comida excelente. Personal muy eficiente y muy amable. Ubicación perfecta. Habitación muy confortable. Cama enorme y almohadas de duvet muy comodas. |

Este hotel con diferencia respecto a otros que incluso son mucho mas caros es el mejor en el que me pude alojar durante mi estancia en Hong Kong. Lo unico que puedo hacer es felicatar al personal super atento y unas instalaciones impresionantes a la vez de nuevas y modernas.Si tuviese que dar una puntuacion en cuanto ubicacion, trato del personal y sobre las instalaciones del uno al diez seria 12. El hotel es excepcional en mayusculas y el sentido mas amplio de la palabra. Genial y 100x100% recomendable.Una experiencia inolvidable y unica. |

Great location and amazing views of Hong Kong Harbour from our room. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely pool, shame you couldn't see the view from the pool itself! |

Very friendly and modern hotel, good rates and good location for those who know Hong Kong. When in the play and work bar to eat a meal, requested a menu was provided with a menu in the cocktail list with very limited choice. Later when offered desert was given the full menu with the choices I would have preferred for my main meal. This meant I had a very disappointing dinner and was very disappointed with the quality of the service staff in the bar area. |

Excellent staff, clean hotel, one of the best I have stayed in. Upgrading to the club lounge was a good decision as it opened up much more free facilities including afternoon tea ! |

From the moment we stepped into Langham Place we felt as thought we were in the lap of luxury. On discovering we were on our honeymoon, an ice bucket with a bottle of champagne and hand-made chocolates were delivered to our room. We were delighted and would recommend a stay. We would definitely revisit given the opportunity. |

The hotel shuttle bus to and from the airport made connections simple. The staff were unfailingly courteous and helpful. We were even given our room at 9 am and the staff made sure that, as other guests were checking out, that it was a quiet room. The room was beautifully appointed. Breakfast in our room was excellent. The bathroom was a treat. It would be good if wi-fi was free. |

Very nicely appointed rooms, albeit smallish. Worth to ask for same day upgrade at check-in, which is usually available at reasonable surcharge. Front-desk capacity and check-in/out cue not appropriate for 5 star hotel. |

Impeccable service, large modern rooms, convenient location, all the mod cons and little extras, and a great price. This is an excellent hotel and is now in filed away in my travel notes as the place to stay whenever I'm in Hong Kong. |
