Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et souriant. La chambre est belle et bien équipée. Bon buffet au petit-déjeuner. La vue est époustouflante. L'hôtel est placé juste en face de Langham Place Mall, avec un pont qui lie l'hôtel et le centre commercial. Bien placé à Mongkok, à 1 minute à pied du métro, et pas très loin du marché de nuit. J'ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel et je le recommande. |

J'adore le lagham place a tous points de vue, confort, services, personnels sympathique, feed-back par mail pour les reservations, look du lieu, situation dans Hong Kong, proximite de son centre commercial, etc, etc... Dans un hotel tel que celui-la et a ce niveau de prestations, il est un peu honteux, meme sur des tarif negocies par Booking.com, de faire payer la connexion wifi internet...., Alors qu'elle est gratuite chez Starbucks Coffee ou dans des hotels bas de gamme par exemple (y compris sur la Chine meme)... |

Hotel tres moderne en plein coeur populaire de Hong Kong juste à coté d'un mall. Localisation pratique, chambre propre, vue tres sympa, literie bonne, salle de sport et piscine géniales. Bref recommandé sans hésitation. |

The location was excellent, the room on 16th floor was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the happy hour at the bar which made the drinks more affordable. |

fabulous location and great staff I had requested a double non smoking room however we were 1st put in a smoking room which had been sprayed. Unfortunately the smoke smell was very strong and the hotel kindly moved us to another room without fuss. |

I have never seen better staff at any hotel in the world. Seriously. From walking in the door Kenny (I am not sure that that is his name but he studied in Switzerland) was unable to offer us a room but organized for us to go to a good Dim Sum. All the other staff were of the highest caliber. These are only small things but they are annoying:' The blind over the bath had large amounts of mould. The "MY" pamphlets were not helpful The TV remote is very hard to use The avatar on arrival is not helpful and annoying |

The location as it was so easy (and quick) to get to all areas in Hong Kong via the MTR but you were also in the middle of the 'real" Hong Kong. The Langham Place shopping mall situated beside the hotel was also excellent. |

Friendly efficient welcome and seamless check in. Nice rooms which were clean and quiet. Good facilities throughout the hotel and excellent breakfast with 24hr refreshments provided in the "L Club" on a high floor with good view of Kowloon. Difficult to fault but we were on an inclusive booking and room number was "checked" 3-4x one morning at breakfast. |

The staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent. Some of the costs were ridiculous, I had some clothes washed and the bill came out to be over $100! |

The staff at recpetion were delightful and very welcoming as well as the staff that at ground level helping with the luggage. The food on the Horizon Level needed to be replaced once eaten. |

The staff are very friendly specially the concierge they are very helpful and knowledgeable. The hostesses are great and the overall artistic ambiance of the hotel is very positive. The connection with the mall is very convenient and the location is a 2 minute walk to Nathan road. Very lively and very safe. Pleasure staying there. The rooms are very small. Suitable for single beds but twins are not fit for this room. The twin beds are too close to each other also due to the small size of the room. The club floor is not worth it, the food and beverages offered are not great and the place is small with uncomfortable seats. |
