新しい施設はもちろんのこと、とくに印象に残ったのは従業員の方たちのホスピタリティの高さでした。フロント、ドアボーイ、メイドさんなど、全員がこのホテルを香港でトップランクのホテルにしたいという強い意識が感じられて心を打たれました。場所はモンコックということで、セントラルなどには便のよさで一歩負けてしまうのは否めませんが、それ以外では彼女も私も大満足で星５つです。 エグゼクティブルームという割には、予想したほど部屋の面積が広くなかった。 |

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I requested for non smoking floor but the room smelled like cigarettes and it was dampening on our spirit! |

The room is very quiet and clean. I very much appreciated with the two bottles of cold water in the room when came from such hot weather outside, it is very dlightful. Thank you for the water, It makes the stay much more pleasant. only the thing I didn't like is the thick down duvet for the summer weather. besides, I'm allergy to the feathers, and they are no alternatives. |

I paid small surcharge at check in to get upgraded to a larger room with better view on higher floors, highly recommended as it offers great value For a hotel with 660 rooms, I would prefer a larger front-desk and a separate 'check-out' or even express 'check-out' line. |
