彼女が熱を出した時に、夜中にもかかわらず、冷えピタシートを持ってきてくれて、助かりました。

最初お風呂にお湯を張った際に、水が黄色かった。おろらく、清掃ができていなかったのだと思う。

清潔ですごしやすい。ホテルの方も親切でした。

Very near shops and public transport

No inclusive internet access. TV control was a bit hit and miss at times

The lunch buffet was very good except the price of soft drinks was excessive.

The room had an unpleasant smell and was quite small.

Very friendly and modern hotel, good rates and good location for those who know Hong Kong.

When in the play and work bar to eat a meal, requested a menu was provided with a menu in the cocktail list with very limited choice. Later when offered desert was given the full menu with the choices I would have preferred for my main meal. This meant I had a very disappointing dinner and was very disappointed with the quality of the service staff in the bar area.

From the moment we stepped into Langham Place we felt as thought we were in the lap of luxury. On discovering we were on our honeymoon, an ice bucket with a bottle of champagne and hand-made chocolates were delivered to our room. We were delighted and would recommend a stay. We would definitely revisit given the opportunity.

Very nicely appointed rooms, albeit smallish. Worth to ask for same day upgrade at check-in, which is usually available at reasonable surcharge.

Front-desk capacity and check-in/out cue not appropriate for 5 star hotel.
