Our room was extremely comfortable, we enjoyed having a small kitchen facility for hot drinks and a fridge. We want to commend your staff on their excellent care and manners. In particular Tracey Chan, Lucy and Celia who gave us extra time and attention when we needed it. Do please pass this onto them. |

good staff, very friendly. always quick to fix any small faults or problems. will stay there again. beed was comfortable , bathroom very nice and all facilities were very nice. the lounge/bar on 1st fllor was very nice...more like a club than a hotel lounge. really nice hotel. |

The service and accommodation at the Lanson Place Hotel is exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and cannot recommend it highly enough.Breakfast though not included in our booking was reasonably priced and substantial, we also recevied a complimentary room upgrade which was much appreciated. The staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our time in Hong King. Some reviewers mentioned that the location was inconvenient, I would disagree,whilst it is not in the centre, it is very close to the immaculate underground service and getting around was very easy and very cheap. We would definately choose to stay here if we visit Hong Kong again. 5 stars from us! |

The rooms were big and spacious after being upgraded. Very clean and comfortable. Near MTR and make movement in and out very convenient. Near many food joints, shopping spots and has a fantastic atmosphere in the vicinity around it |

I like the all concierge staff on duty, very helpful. I also like the 'quiet' location of the hotel but near enough to nearby food & shopping places. The decor of the hotel public rooms are also very warm & nice. The bedroom area is a bit small for people with younger children who need to 'get around' the area. Other parts of the room & bath facilities are fine. |

We liked the ipod player in the room and the variety of TV channels. The staff at the entrance were really nice. The size of the room was not as advertised. We were given an upgrade but it was no improvment on the room we booked. The airconditioning did not work properly, it was either too cold or too hot. It was not possible to open the windows. There was no drinks/bar in the room. The hotel does not have any atmosphere. |

The design of the room is nice, the room is very clean, very comfortable, spacious and bright. Even we could check in at 9am wonderfull as we travelled the whole night. The staff is very kind and helpfull. A great place to stay, close to Causeway station, Time square, shops and restaurants |

love the convenience of the central location, variety of shops and restaurants in the immediate location. Quality of the roon fitout and very attentive staff. the staff were always very willing to help and nothing was too difficult for them. best service i have experienced. quality remained consistent for full 7 days. We had difficulty controlling the room temperature at night, but maybe we weren't doing it correctly. |

Attentive staff,good location close to good restaurants, night life and shopping. Convenient to metro. Hotel room was a good size - especially for Hong Kong and surprisingly luxuriously appointed for the price. Very good value. |
