The design of the room is nice, the room is very clean, very comfortable, spacious and bright. Even we could check in at 9am wonderfull as we travelled the whole night. The staff is very kind and helpfull. A great place to stay, close to Causeway station, Time square, shops and restaurants |

love the convenience of the central location, variety of shops and restaurants in the immediate location. Quality of the roon fitout and very attentive staff. the staff were always very willing to help and nothing was too difficult for them. best service i have experienced. quality remained consistent for full 7 days. We had difficulty controlling the room temperature at night, but maybe we weren't doing it correctly. |

Attentive staff,good location close to good restaurants, night life and shopping. Convenient to metro. Hotel room was a good size - especially for Hong Kong and surprisingly luxuriously appointed for the price. Very good value. |

Kitchen is very handy Sounds from the other rooms were easily heard. A swimming pool and an Italian restaurant would ensure a better stay. |

Very good value for money. The gave me a free upgrade Breakfast is served in the lobby on lounge chairs...not very handy.. |

I do have some problems with the seats/chairs at the lounge area during breakfast...they're too low, you may need to add a regular dining chairs+tables. |

Fabulous hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms very very comfortable and a good size, including a small kitchenette. Lots of movies on the TV - a great place to relax. |

It was a great experience. I feel it really worth the money I spent. I was traveling with my two young children. As soon as we arrived, we'd been upgraded to the Deluxe room, which was fairly big in Hong Kong, a lot better than I had expected. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. I didn't leave enough time for us to catch the plane, people there were trying to help and offered me good solutions. In order to send us out asap., there were 4 staff trying to get our luggages onto the taxi. We were lucky that at last we didn't miss it. The location. The hotel is a bit hard to find. We took the taxi, however the driver had no idea where to find the entrance. The main door was not quite noticeable, particularly there was still road work carrying on besides it. |

I arrived early (09.00 A.M.) and a room was ready for me to move in and take a shower after an overnight flight. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The recommended restaurants are on the high end of the Hong Kong price range. |

The free drinks; very convenient as I did not have to go out to look for my own from convenience stores or be charged ridiculous room service charges. It was hard to get taxis at the hotel location. |

The concept, ambience and service was great. Convenient to have the kitchenette facility available for the hotel guests. The size of the room and toilet facilities are just nice for two persons. |

The location is great. It's only a short walk to the subway. The cleaness of the rooms is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The internet connection was not free (expensive). |

Service-polite,responsive,reliable,and attentive. Rooms were quiet and well maintained. Breakfast excellent value. Location convenient to MTR (200m). Good Internet access at reasonable rates. A good hotel in an vibrant city Unexciting room view. |

The concierge services were excellent. A request to play the piano for my husband (one song only) was declined. It was evening time and the lounge was empty but for us. It was our wedding anniversary and I am a classically trained pianist. It seemed petty, churlish and jobsworth. The Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas were happy to oblige on our wedding day which we spent there. It spoilt our evening and if this is the way the hotel staff treat guests then we would not recommend it. We would not go there again. |

pleasant & charming ambience. excellent attention from staff. metal handle on fridge door was so sharp that it cutted my finger upon opening fridge door. Need to replace the metal piece. |

Everything - service was exceptional. Optional breakfast well worth considering All the rooms had glass walls to the bathroom including the toilet - nice design feature but slightly off putting. |
