Lanson Place Hotel  

Hong Kong standartlarının oldukça dışında, mutfağı ve ekipmanları olan odaları özellikle uzun süreli konaklamalar ve aileler için ideal bir ortam sunuyor. Müthiş güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve nazik personeli Hong Kong'daki hayatınızı kolaylaştırmak için ekstra bir çaba sarfediyor. Talebinizi ciddiyetle değerlendirip, alternatif çözümler sunuyorlar. Otelin lokasyonu tüm toplu taşıma araçlarına birkaç dakika uzaklıkta ve her tür ihtiyacın ve zevkin karşılanabileceği alışveriş merkezlerinin, restoranların çok yakınında. Sonuç olarak bir daha gidersem kalacağım otel burası olur.

I had to ask for a change in room. When I checked in, I was told that I was given an upgrade but when I went into the room, it was smaller than the room I stayed in my previous visit at Lanson. To worsen matters, the bathroom door was against the sink so it would have been impossible to keep the door open when I washed my hands. The power adaptors were on the floor - totally inappropriate as in order to charge my phone or any electrical appliances, someone would have to go under the table. Though they did change a room, the need to request a change of room under such conditions was unacceptable.

Excellent service with friendly and helpful staff. Have stayed at Lanson a few times and every time, the room quality is consistently good.

The Hotel was extremely inflexible in going the extra-mile to please guests. Requests such as early check in, or late check out where only related to extra charges and when agreed for that extra cost there would be no compensation. We had to book an extra night that did not use for an early check in with a cost of USD300 and would not even offer a free breakfast that day USD20. I would not recommed the hotel unfortunately. I have spent USD1000 in other hotels with less reputation and they made us feel "special". Not this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel, modern and well maintained, in a good location and with spacious and very clean rooms. Staying in it almost 10 days I felt myself like at home! Probably the best hotel in Wan Chai and Causeway Bay area.

Breakfast is the only thing I do not like about the hotel. In comparison with other hotels the hotel serves very basic breakfasts concentrating mistakenly, in my opinion, on English and Continental breakfast and almost not serving Chinese dishes. I would not recommend the option with breakfasts, moreover there is a kitchenette in every room that makes things much easier.

Every stay is a pleasure because of staff, location, adequate hotel size, pricing, etc.. Best quality/price in Hong Kong.

It is not really what I would call an hotel. It is more like serviced appartments, with a kitchenette. The room is rather small, the bathroom has a glass wall not very clever for privecy sake. I will look for an alternaticve stay next time.

The hotel was very clean and staff were attentive. Location was ok but it would have been useful to have the information of the nearest supermarket available as I had a kitchenette because I was travelling alone and did not fancy eating out solo.

Location. Causway Bay is no doubt the best place to stay in Hong Kong unless of course you like being harrassed by "spivs" on the street offering you watches, suits or their sister, then you should stay in Kowloon. Wonderful staff, the only downside is the rooms are a little smaller than your average hotel room.

We liked the Lanson Place Hotel very much, the staff are very accommodating and helpful, we really enjoyed the hotel and having a kitchen was a great bonus, we would stay here again.
