i thought the concierge was professional and took great care to assure I had a great room. I requested a room, high, with a view and was upgraded to a suite. i have noting but great memories of my stay and would tell anyone reading to take advantage of their hospitality. There is nothing I can recall at this time |

I found the hotel conveniently located, offering affordable packages for "Hong Kong island - business purpose trips" considering its standing, with appropiate comfort and silence. I would have preferred high-speed in-room internet access to be part of the room rate, not an extra-charge item. |

Great value and would recommend to anyone who is not looking for a super luxurious hotel for a great price. Rooms are good and clean and have all amenities you need. Double bed was big and the shower / bathroom adequate and clean. Location is perfect, 2 mins from the subway station and easy accessible by taxi. They put us up in a smoking room first, while my preference had clearly been marked as non smoking. The alternative they offered was a twin room, even though I had specifically asked for a double bed. After going back and forth with the staff and them saying there was nothing else available and when I threatened to leave they had a non smoking, double bed room available. Stressful. |

The hotel is located very close to the Tin Hau MTR station. There was a little bit of a smell from the bathroom. |

The hotel is very well located close to the metro station which allows one to access most parts of Hong Kong including Kowloon and the new territories. Thr rooms while not big were comfortable enough for two persons, harbour view was just about possible, if one sat on the window sill, all in all the hotel fulfilled expectations. Lack of tourist information, a welcome pack detailing where places of interest are and how to visit them would have been useful |

Very conveniently located such as right adjacent to the MTR station or the bus terminal, also, there are convenient shops/restraunts around the Hotel. The internet line was available but its speed was extraordinary slow at busy hours. |
