Good location and nice budgethotel for a few days.

The cleanliness of the room and the security of the area.

No reception. I tried to use the telephone number upon arriving at 12 noon but there was no reply. I eventually had to wait for 30 minutes before a chambermaid happened to come along. The room was not fully cleaned (floors and shower areas not washed).

Friendly receiption and waiter.

No soap and shampoo when we arrived, got it upon request. Big noise of fans in the room. Old air conditioner but still workable. No table. No remote controller of tv. Bad smell in the building and a little dirty outside. Receiption on 3rd floor, rooms on 5th floor, a little bit inconvenient.

Very accessible. MTR station is a 1-minute walk from our place.

The Mirador mansion building is not that impressive. Not that clean on the outside.

CR does stink on our 2nd day of stay; I asked staff to check it the next day, but still, they hadn't fixed it. And sleep is not that comfortable especially when you smell something foul. Also, elevator is so scary.

The people tidying the rooms were very friendly. Sheets were at least changed once every 2 days but they would tidy up the room every day. Expect yourself to pay full sum at the point of arrival and have no worries about payment after that. You can put your luggage there on the last day if your flight happens to be during the later part of the day but still wish to do shopping.

The rooms are indeed very small and there is not much leg room for tall people like myself (1.80m) as well as space to put more than 1 big luggage or 2 small luggage. Hot water supply was not always consistent for 1 of the rooms that you'd stayed in. The bathroom consists of the shower head, face basin and the toilet bowl so expect very limited space to move around inside the toilet. Female travellers may want to reconsider if staying alone in this building despite having 2 doors for security reasons. There are always people drinking outside the 7-11 at the nearest MTR exit which is just few metres away from exit of the building.

Central location with close access to rail network helped to make an enjoyable visit. Price was OK and facilities on par with Hong Kong standard. Taxi found the hotel with ease.

It is good for shopping. There r so many resturants and most of them r delicious. Boss and staffs r friendly. We r so happy a room with windows arranged to us just cause i wrote down it in the booking and it came ture. My mom likes the windows and we washed small closthes everyday.

It s noisy even thougt we lived on the tenth floor. Sometimes door closing or toilet wather plusing was loud. And the bathroom wather nop hot enough.

We requested a room with 2 singles and a double. We got a room with a double and 2 singles pushed together to make one bed.

The mansion is really old and dirty. On the way walk to my room is terrible Inside of the room is very old. The water pipe leak.

We stayed in a-4-bed room, and the room surprised us with its cleanless and comfortness. The room was cleaned everyday. The size of the room was fair enough, better than what I expected. Value of money compared to other hostel.

Our first morning at Hongkong was very tiring because we had to bring our lugages everywhere, because the reception have not opened yet and we could not keep our lugages before checking in to the room (note: it was already 8.30 in the morning). The hostel located in Mirador Mansion, an old apartment/building, and it is kind of scary to walk to our unit in the night. But there are so many hostel in that building so I assume it is safe enough.

there is WiFi provide in the room with unlimited mineral provide as well. the room cleanliness is excellent where this provide comfort to customer, other than that, the room have enough space for people to walk around which unlike other budget hostel, the room is small where people hard to turn around.

1. Security 2. Surrounding is not clean 3. We booked 4 rooms but when we arrived there is lacking 1 room. 4. When we checked out our things were left at the corridor.

The location is perfect! And it was relatively clean

The house where the hotel is located is quite chaotic, finding your way can be hard. Also relatively small rooms but that is normal for Hong Kong.

Budget friendly guest house. Newly renovated and provides basic amenities and good location.

They enter my room for room service when I am not in the room. I feel not comfortable when people enter my room without any permission.

Near to city facilities such as Mosque, halal food outlets,Subway and shopping complexes and

Convenient location and close to shops and mtr and the maids were most helpful. Best rate for money exchange is at Chungking Mansion, along Nathan Road. 2Nd store on your left as you walking in.

Very Noisy on the 1st night. Staff was not available to contact. Could not sleep all night due to some noise coming through from pipes along the bedroom wall. Requested to be moved to another room and it was ok.

I like the location. It is near the mtr, ferry terminal and bus stops to the airport. It is also near some interesting attractions in Hong Kong. The unit is clean.

I did not like the t&b in our room, especially the faucet in the sink. The TV reception is poor. The staff promised to send our receipt but wasn't able to do so.
