Location to MTR, Location to shopping . Location to Convention Centre. Great rooms and profession friendly staff who understood the needs of business men

Cleanliness and courtesy throughout our 3 day visit. Staff provided for every need including loan of umbrellas for hotel guests when it rained.

Plenty of bars and restaurants close by but there are a number of girl bars so if that upsets you the area of Wan Chai may not be for you though the area is perfectly safe, My wife and I had no issues.

Everything. The staff helped me a lot. I had booked for 2 nights, but my flight to hong kong was cancelled.i only got charged for 1 night. They were very understanding. Excellent.

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Friendly,helpful and very polite. The room was very comfortable and clean with all you might need in the bathroom, tea coffee making facilities and fresh fruit. All in all a lovely atmosphere.

The food! The dining room was canteen style and although there was a buffet with various options apart from the fresh fruit and croissants the rest of the food was bland and either over or under cooked. For £17 a head it was a bit much! We tried to eat in the dining room one night and there were not four seats together and the noise was horrendous as it was full. There was a set price of £25 even if you only wanted one course. Needless to say we opted out and had a lovely chinese meal in a nearby cafe.

Very good service, excellent location to get around, overall great value for money.

Perfect for HK convention centre, walking distance with coffee shops and amenities nearby. Very convenient to MTR and central. Would stay here again and probably will next year.

Staff are well trained, very friendly and helpful. I have stayed in four different hotels during this trip I would highly recommend Luk Kwok to any one.

Great location, helpful staff, good size rooms (deluxe twins), comfortable beds, very reasonable price for New Year's! We loved it.

Would have appreciated free WiFi or a free use of computer station (business center charged). And would have been ideal if this hotel were on the free hotel shuttle route. But maybe most business people would not really care?

Lack of free internet is not comparable with other hotels in Wan Chai. The standard is 100% free internet in the lobby 24/7 and free internet for one device in the room. The Luk Kwok free internet in the lobby if a person buys a drink from the bar does not meet this standard. It is not free, there is a time limit on the free-with purchase internet and since the bar is not open 24/7, even this free-with purchase option is not always available.

The environment, the proximity of shopping areas, the facilty of transport (buses, mtr, taxis)

Due to the booking via booking.com, the wi-fi connection is available at extra cost. Today, having a wi-fi connection is a must, specilly in HK. Hense, it should be included in the package or at least having the choice to take it or not but at a raisonnable price. Of course, when booking via the hotel directly will include the wi-fi whether you need it or not.

Gym could have been better.

The location-close to everything including the Transport system. Good and easy connection to the airport and close to the ferry to Kowloon. The room was very large, very comfortable and quiet. Excellent selection for breakfast. Very close to a good selection of bars, restaurants, and shops.

Location which was close to HK Exhibition Center. 3-4min on foot but there is a bridge in the middle without escalator.

Smoke in non-smoking floor and even in the room.

It is convenient for my business location, easy to go where I need. The room is spacious enough for me singlely n even a couple. I m very happy that I have stayed this time hopefully I will be able to set up my corporate Account so as to enjoy the same facilities next time.

More TV Chanells if possible.
