Excellent location, efficient, friendly staff. 30 years we stayed in the hotel for the first time - good to be back! renovation works were in progress on the floor above us - drilling noise from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm made the use of the room during the day impossible - and no apologies from the hotel! |

1). Near shopping area. 2). Transportation not a problem. 3). Hotel staff friendly. 1.) Hotel given a smoking room even I have booked a non-smoking seaview room 2 and a half months ago. 2). For lift facility, if you stay at that room level, slot card should allow you to get through that level only; not all level you can go. 3). Level 6 (carpark level) was too many peoples using the lift during weekend, may suggest use lift operator to control. |

We found the staff very helpful. After meeting us once, they were able to recognise us each time which made us feel they were giving us their full attention. |

we stayed in a continental club room and access to the extra facilities makes this highly recommended at not much extra cost. However the "superior" rooms are quite small so very much recommend a "deluxe" (bigger) with harbour view if available. The location is unbeatable. Did not advise us in advance that there was building work on the floor above |

The very smart staff were always attentive, cheerful, friendly and helpful in the extreme including the cleaners. The bloody annoying lift key card that repeatedly failed to work. There was little or no instruction I could see which way round or which way up it should have been used making it still more frustrating. |

Room was very large considering in centre of HK. Walk in bathroom and wardrobe, which I love the most. Great Location. Centre of everything. Love the harbourview! Breakfast was excellent. Staff were professional, polite and efficient. Enjoyed my stay... TV is a bit old, but didnt have time to watch anyway. |

We were fortunate and appreciative, to get an early check in several hours before check in time, That the hotel provided a porter to go to the cruise terminal and collect our luggage from the ship we arrived at Hong kong on on the day of check in and took care of all details right to our room. No downside, the hotel was brilliant and although the actual room we booked was not available on checkin, it was more than compensated by assistance with computer access. |

Harbour view room that I stayed can not see full harbour view. 90% 0f this Harbour view room is the building (city). Only 10% of view is harbour.It did not like to call Harbour view room |

Very convenieantly located for activities in Kowloon whether business or shopping etc. Easy to go to Hong Kong island,too. Bath room(s) may have to be renewed. I had no shower booth but a tub with a wall-fixed shower only. (Stayed in a harbour view room, not on a club floor though) |

The hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing and shopping especially, and does not suffer from an over-inflated sense of being a top hotel like many others - there is no snobbishness about it |

Its okay but general cleanliness of hotel is not so great. We had taken 3 rooms for this trip with our business partners. They complained our beg bugs and smelly carpets.This must be improved. Its mentioned about. General cleanliness is below par. |

Its location next to Harbour City makes it a very convenient place Yes, the entrance where the taxi could not drop me as there were other taxis queing. Also, when I arrived there was not a single hotel staff to open the door of the hotel entrance and I had to carry my luggage and open the door (not automatic doors). In addition, there are stairs when going to the reception. Internet connection should be complimetary... |
