excellent emplacement, à deux pas du Star Ferry, de la promenade le long de la baie, du métro, et au coeur d'une zone shopping très animée. la déco de la suite, un peu datée, pourrait être rafraichie; le hall d'entrée n'est pas très acceuillant, assez impersonnel; dommage d'être aussi prêt d'un des "skylines" les plus célèbres du monde et de ne rien voir par la fenêtre!.. mais l'emplacement top fait pardonner beaucoup. |

Le personnel de l'hôtel est irréprochable. Très bon accueil. Surclassement au Continental Club permet un service de haut niveau pour 50 euros par jour en plus. Petit déjeuner, tea time et appéritif à volonté. Ne pas hésiter. Très bien situé à cçoté de l'embarquadaire vers Macao et des grandes boutiques de luxe. Restaurant La Cuccina exceptionnel. Essayer les Dim Sum |

Check-in staff work hard to get us a room with best view, location is very convenient, gym is great (although not in same building), professional check-out and room service No proper taxi stand out front, breakfast room / cafe very packed and busy every morning, no windows and crowded seating in cafe |

Excellent location, efficient, friendly staff. 30 years we stayed in the hotel for the first time - good to be back! renovation works were in progress on the floor above us - drilling noise from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm made the use of the room during the day impossible - and no apologies from the hotel! |

1). Near shopping area. 2). Transportation not a problem. 3). Hotel staff friendly. 1.) Hotel given a smoking room even I have booked a non-smoking seaview room 2 and a half months ago. 2). For lift facility, if you stay at that room level, slot card should allow you to get through that level only; not all level you can go. 3). Level 6 (carpark level) was too many peoples using the lift during weekend, may suggest use lift operator to control. |

we stayed in a continental club room and access to the extra facilities makes this highly recommended at not much extra cost. However the "superior" rooms are quite small so very much recommend a "deluxe" (bigger) with harbour view if available. The location is unbeatable. Did not advise us in advance that there was building work on the floor above |

The very smart staff were always attentive, cheerful, friendly and helpful in the extreme including the cleaners. The bloody annoying lift key card that repeatedly failed to work. There was little or no instruction I could see which way round or which way up it should have been used making it still more frustrating. |

Room was very large considering in centre of HK. Walk in bathroom and wardrobe, which I love the most. Great Location. Centre of everything. Love the harbourview! Breakfast was excellent. Staff were professional, polite and efficient. Enjoyed my stay... TV is a bit old, but didnt have time to watch anyway. |
