Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel  

Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van het business arrangement. Dat betekent in checken op de 17e etage, ontbijten, thee drinken en borrelen in de business room. Daar wordt je als gast in de watten gelegd! Top! Kamer met prachtig uitzicht harber vieuw. Wel speciaal besteld.

De matras laat zich het beste omschrijven als een plank. Wat een drama voor zo'n gerenomeerd hotel. De staff heeft er alles aangedaan om het liggen wat dragelijker te maken. Als topper op de matras zijn er 2 dekbedden opgelegd, echter het kon het euvel niet verhelpen. Als je van een keiharde matras houdt kan ik het hotel aanraden, anders niet doen!

The location is excellent every thing is in your hand the shopping center , restaurantes ,and every thing you want and don't miss the harbourview it's soooo beautiful . I and my family loved it .

We loved the warm welcome from the staf and the good services . but there is one thing we didn't like at this hotel they don't have the wireless internete sirvices in the rooms , they only have it at the reception and you can see most of the guests are sitting at the reception and some of them without having a site .

location for shopping and dining.

This is our second time in two months we had to wait for 2-4 hours the room to be ready after check-in 3pm. Before check-in, we called them up and told them the room should be ready by the time we check-in. But we had to wait again. The room should be ready when we check-in, isn't it??? or Do we need to tip to them to let us in the room?? It doesn't happen to other hotel in HK.... Don't let kids to use swimming pool. Not safe for children. Last month when my cousin family used swimming pool, her boy cut his leg badly when he climbed up using handle he cut his leg by the edge of handle. We had to send him emergency hospital paying HK$6000 to stitch. We were very disappointed at their poor handling and poor apologies. We don't choose and recommend this hotel anymore.

This was our third stay at Marco Polo, we usually take a cruise, but this time we came with our adult children for a week of sightseeing and shopping. The hotel was so convenient to the ferry, and plenty of good local restaurants. The rooms are top class, with wonderful views overlooking the harbour. We will stay again at Marco Polo and certainly recommend our friends to your hotel.

The location, quality and ambience were first class. We stayed in the Continental Club section and the facilities and friendliness of the staff made our entire stay extremely enjoyable. We would recommend the hotel without reservation and would select it again if we return to Hong Kong

The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in the best location for viewing the nightly light show and the Star Ferry terminal. Also there was direct access to the shopping centre. When we travel to Hong Kong again we will stay at the Marco Polo Hong Kong. It was my birthday and one of the concierge staff members arranged for a birthday dessert surprise in our room. A delightful, thoughtful touch.

Good location and central to key transport routes. The staff were very helpful.

Lack of heating in the rooms was appalling, given it was winter. A package offering discounted breakfast as part of the room charge would have been useful.

Excellente Lage in Tsim Tsa Tsui, Kowloon.

Club Floors have not been re-decorated over the past 15 years. Water pressure and shower facility are very poor.
