Wonderful. Wanted to check in early after a long flight and that was no problem. Staff friendly, room superb. Huge pool and great steam/jacuzzi rooms. Great free shuttle service to local MTR. Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast quite expensive, though choice excellent |

I have really impressed with the aromatherapy shampoo and conditioner bath room sets, very good. also the room was very clean and quiet i did not like the fact that i cannot adjust the room temperature, it got too hot during the night. |

The location to the airport is important for those who would like to shop and go to the big buddha and To Po Lin monastary. Highly recommended for 24 hour stay only. The cost of room service was criminal. Anyone staying more than 24 hours should go other hotels, closer to Hong Kong island since you can take the MTR during the day/evening. This way you see more using the cost of food on transprtation and the sites in town |

All was very good but the buffet food was exceptional I thought that the overnight stay ,breakfast and dinner for 2 people was a little high. |

location is convenient to over night transfer in airport.nice staff. shuttle bus to and from airport is fast and frequent enough.clean and bright .good view. S1 local bus does not stop directly at the front door. It makes difficult to drag the suitcases to the hotel in such a hot day . |

good views I was given a smoking room - did not find out until I arrived at room. They refused to move me saying hotel was full (huge hotel). Room stank of smoke - horrible. I would have appreciated more honesty at reception about this matter when checking in. |

Cleaniness of the room. Spacious. The pool/sauna and the changing area are nice and clean. It's close to the airport. The room rate is reasonable. The prepaid charges was only listed as hotel lobby 6 and the total cost was not the same as quoted and confirmed by booking.com. So it's quite confusing. Actually I had to dispute the charge and cancel my credit card fearing for faults. I wish your hotel used the exact hotel name when charging my credit card because I was making a number of hotel reservations in Hong Kong and China using the same card. It could have saved me the trouble of getting a new credit card and facing a possibe penalty from the credit card company. |

The hotel in my opinion is very romantic expecially for just married couple, clean, and very well located from the airport. The only down sides are that the bed is not very comfortable and the entrance boy wasn't very courteous when I was leaving for the airport. |

Clean and convenient to the City. Facilities is good Yes, I am Asian, when I try to get help from the Hotel staff, no one be nice enough to ask what I need even I stand there for 10 minutes looking for guide to go to the City. But when my boyfriend arrived (European) the hotel staff immediately attended to him even though he did not show that he need help. The hotel staff is Asian too, why discriminate Asian? Better improve this, I am the customer too. |

The room was beautiful and spacious. we all love the bed. the proximity to the airport and the very efficient staff of the shuttle service that made easy for us to reach the MTR station, go to HK Disneyland or to the airport without additional expense. At one point when the shuttle to Disneyland was full, the Hotel reimbursed us for our taxi fare. It was very generous of the hotel. Our trip and stay was truly hassle free. I would surely recommend others to stay in the hotel., |

clean, modern and surroundings.......& lobby at midlight!!! Also housekeeping staffs are nice. the cafe @ the corner of the lobby is absolutely bad.....as if it is self serviced.....the staff is impolite and did not take the food & beverage for us!!!! |

Location to HKIA. Hotel is a long way from any shopping and there is not a small shop in the hotel to buy incidentals like toothpaste, toothbrush, pain medications, gum, magazines, etc. There is no place anywhere near to buy these items. |

The satff was very nice polite and efficient, the booking easy, the rooms very comfortable. We did not like the fact that we didn't see any pick up and drop of sign at the entrance of the hotel for people willing to come in private cars. |
